“I wanted glucose test strips and ended up with ketone strips. It seems all wrong that ketone strips are baby blue. Just not happy.”

“Great follow up emails - I just opened my package to bight and started testing. A few quick notes. (1) I got a starter kit and 60 additional Keytone/glucose strips, but it was not clear (on your website) that I was going to need additional lancets. I guess I will have to order those separately. (2) the test strips in the kit did not have a box Dash so I had trouble finding the control range for the glucose in keytone control test. I figured it out eventually. (3) I ended up using six strips tonight (three Chi town, and three glucose). I broke a few trying to get the package open noticed in the videos they have little canisters Dash that would be great but those weren’t an option on the website I used a few more doing the control test and now I have very few left $100 spent and going through them quickly is disheartening, I also had trouble getting the blood to soak up and had to turn the device upside down. If that’s not something I’m supposed to do – it would help to know.”

“This Ketonemeter is a life-changing device! As a Type 1 Ketobetic I'm familiar with the reliability of Blood Monitors so this was exciting to try. I REALLY want to thank you for making this product. It works flawlessly and inspires me to think I can reach my goal. I lost 50 pounds at the end of 2018 a week before my 50th birthday on my own, no gadgets. Due to a work change (at-home desk job), new home and new area my mobility ceased and although I've never stopped eating low carb/high fat during all those years I got fat again for the first time. I thought Ketosis was possible regardless of exercise but now realize we need the body to have a reason to burn Ketones. No Sugar and a physical demand needs to be placed on my body creating a need for more energy. I REALLY want to thank you for making this product. It works flawlessly and inspires me to think I can reach my goal. I've not been able to get back into Ketosis for 790 days strictly under 10 carbs a day and then realized I needed my body to have a reason to need more energy burn which would then start using Ketones. I've always consumed less than 10g of carbs a day but still couldn't reach Ketosis. This last week I started lifting weights, walking and cycling every day and within one day went from the usual unbreakable .04 to 3!!! I now know what's needed, energy expenditure thanks to your resources and Blood Ketone Meter. Cheers and thank you!”

“I've certainly been more pleased with other devices I've used in the past. Opening the test strip packets is WAY more difficult than it need be. And it took me QUITE a while to figure out which side to open so that I wasn't having to touch the side where the blood goes! Not being able to order the testing strips on Amazon made ordering just glucose testing strips quite expensive once I stopped trying to maintain ketosis. I also found that the device was inconsistent in how much blood would be needed for it to register, which led to multiple pricks and testing strips some days just to get one reading. For me the online recipes were somewhat useless as I have nightshade and dairy intolerance--too many of the recipes include dairy (seems to be a primary staple for most people on keto diets). But that's not your fault, just food for thought. Moral of the story is that I would not recommend your device to anyone looking for a glucose/ketone monitor. I've had a much more easier and cheaper experience with other monitors.”

“Great products and essential for people following a Keto diet. My last re-supply of test strips arrived, exactly as promised, but the glucose strips were all separated. Instead of being on sheets of 5 there were multiple sheets of 2 strips. They didn't appear to be damaged, and were not expired. For products that involve blood and body fluids I wasn't expecting this. It's the only reason I am not giving 5 stars and I'm sure customer service would resolve ASAP if I called (I have called them before and they were outstanding!).”

“I just reported that, after buying glucose strips many times, one of the three boxes I ordered was short by four pieces. Also, what made me count was that rather than full strips of five, there were strips of 2 and 3 in all of the boxes. The representative wanted me to lay all 3 boxes out and photograph them so they could be counted! Already spent time counting and then writing to explain. She explained that they had to ask for videos to troubleshoot??? Anyway, just dropped it and didn't accept a refund.”

“Unfortunately the blood glucose accuracy of my unit is dismal. It consistently measures about 15 points, not percentage, points high. I’ve tested multiple batches of strips with the same result. So, I have to use a separate glucose meter and strips. I have no idea if the ketone measurements are accurate. Disappointed.”

“I contacted customer service with an in app purchase problem. Never acknowledged app problen just told to purchase off computer even though I communicated several times to different people. I have used app many times without difficulty so upset it no longer works or was not addressed.”
