“The meter wouldn't sync to the app and I contacted you multiple times. The meter should have been replaced and it never was. As a company you suck! Also, when I buy my next meter it will not be a ketomojo. Again, you suck!”

“Test strips and devices even instructions book have black line on them. And when while testing during the countdown it will shut off and you have to do it again. That’s wasting money on strips and my blood. I emailed to customers service asked for a replacement and send them all the photos. They asked for videos “to prove” I reply I don’t have videos taken as I do not expect the device to be shut off while counting down. Still no response from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!”
