“The app frequently fails to sync and crashes at least once a day, then I need to enter my info manually. There should be clearer guidance on when to start the app and take the blood samples. For example do I start the app first or start the reader? Not timing it right results in using more strips which is a waste as they are not cheap.”

“When I placed the order I didn't receive a message that partial order would be back ordered. Only when the first part showed up did I know the situation. I had to contact you to even find out if my order would arrive in time for Thanksgiving. Still not here so waiting.”

“It's great to know what my gluclose levels are and Keto-Mojo makes it super easy with the app. I really liked that they included videos of how to use the product when I sent my order in. Iife is already super busy to try and figure something new out, but you made it easy and simple to use and understand.”
