“Let’s see I’m a disabled veteran and a government disability check machine from you a year and a half ago And then you discontinue the strips so I have to buy another machine which is a great machine both of them work but I don’t like the bait and switch Great product very disappointed in the way you run your business”

“I use the newer meter and keto strips daily and they’re fine. For glucose I use my previous device my doctor orders for free. It’s Verio One touch and I find their lancet device and lancets to be much less painful on my fingers. Your device has too much force and hurts me.My biggest complaint with your company is because I am on a relatively small fixed income your products are very expensive for me.Also your solicitations for surveys are too numerous and annoying.”
