“I keep getting error message E11 even though I've changed to new batteries twice it happens immediately when I put the strip in I think I have a defective unit and I sent an email and I also went on chat and never got a response I've never been able to use it once since I received it”

“I received an oder of Ketone test strips that had a very short expiration date on them (less than 5 months). Per your survey request, rather than providing a poor customer satisfaction rating, I reached out to your customer service department and explained the situation. Here's the response that I received: "Hello Gary, Thank you for your follow-up, and we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our previous response. We truly understand your concerns regarding the shelf life of the strips, especially given their cost and your expectations when ordering. You're absolutely right that having a clear understanding of product expiration before making a purchase is essential, particularly when buying in larger quantities. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused and for any lack of clarity that contributed to your experience. Our strips typically have an expiration range between 3 to 12 months, depending on inventory rotation and the time of purchase. Not all strips will have just 3 months on them—some will have significantly longer shelf lives. However, we are not able to guarantee which box you will receive or the exact amount of time remaining at the moment your order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners. While our strips are designed for sterility and preservation with individual foil packaging, we completely understand that the limited expiration window you received did not meet your expectations. We are actively discussing your feedback internally, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention—it’s through feedback like yours that we can identify areas for improvement. We value your experience with Keto-Mojo and regret that this situation has led you to reconsider future purchases. Please know that your feedback is being taken seriously. “Excellent smooth experience (as always). The meter itself is reliable and based on the NHS approved glucometer, so gives rather very acurate readings as well. Ketone measurements I cannot compare to another meter however the consistency is definitely there and by now (year of use) I can actually preditc the levels based on my diet and activity, so clearly works. I'm also hearing similar things from other users, in fact I've bought Keto_Mojo based on endless reccomendations. The customer service is also excellent, any issues, just drop them a line, they are there! Only suggestion would be to elliminate the single wrappers of each strip, or even better to make the disposable parts easily reciclable. Hurts me to be adding to the global waste and microplastic issue. Hope that the product is PFAS free, although aware of many medical stuff relying on these, so would be good to have some info on this too.”

“I've been on Keto for 3 months and 54lbs down. Until I bought the Ketomojo I wasn't sure how I was doing. The pee sticks are inaccurate and a waste of money. This meter is awesome. Buying the sticks and needles are so easy and they came really fast. Thank you Ketomojo for your commitment to your customers. Dr Boz recommended this unit and it was an investment in my health. No more 3 blood pressure meds and 3 months of no pain meds for arthritis. Thank you.”

“To get right to the point, I'm a 68-year old retired military veteran who has been using a VA glucose meter that works flawlessly. Years ago I purchased my first ketone meter from Keto-Mojo and used it for years. Recently, I upgraded with Keto-Mojo and purchased a combination Glucose/Ketone meter. Keto-Mojo used to sell the test strips in a small 1-inch round by 2-inch tall resealable plastic bottle (similar to a small 1"x2" "medicine bottle"). The problem, as I'm experiencing it now with this new Keto-Mojo meter, is the fact that the new Keto-Mojo meter test strips come INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED and are entirely too hard to tear open. The 60 individually wrapped strips come packaged in a flimsy cardbord box that is 4 times the size of the one "medicine bottle". Additionally, the box easily gets crushed while traveling while the original "medicine bottle" did not. Unfortunately, unless Keto-Mojo doesn't repackage and/or make the test strips available for purchase in the original "medicine bottle" style, I will be taking my business elsewhere even if I'm forced to buy another brand of meter simply because of the hard to open individually wrapped test strips. I've read other Keto-Mojo reviews which have similarly expressed the same complaint as I have elaborated about here.”
