“Overdatum product ontvangen (ketonenmeter met strips en testvloeistof), als respons ontvangen dat ik de testvloeistof en 10 strips maar weg moet gooien. Dit is toch niet hoe de wereld werkt? Vervolgens gevraagd naar een betere oplossing, waarna ik geen reactie meer ontvang.”

Om het belangrijkste punt meteen te verduidelijken: het apparaat is niet gebruikt. De beschadiging aan de verpakking is waarschijnlijk ontstaan door onzorgvuldig transport.
Wij controleren elk apparaat altijd zorgvuldig vóór verzending en voorzien het vervolgens van een controle-sticker als verzegeling. Ook zitten de kleine batterijen nog in de originele, verzegelde verpakking, wat bevestigt dat het apparaat niet in gebruik is geweest.
Gelukkig heb je gelijk contact opgenomen met ons om dit misverstand snel op te lossen!

“I bought the keto/glucose start set. Very difficult to get started.. the user manual scan in Dutch did not work. The user manual in English is much too big. Eventually I had to watch 2 YT video’s, one about the Control test, one about the procedure, and still ruined my first two strips.. and I am trained at university level.. to get the first keto numbers.”
“Be careful. It might take forever to get anything from them. I can’t say exactly how long since I haven’t received my package that placed my order on 9 January. It’s 26 January today 😅
On the tracking page it’s been “On its way” since the 10th but in reality they haven’t sent me anything yet.
9 Jan - Order placed
10 Jan - Got email to confirm my address, I responded immediately
17 Jan - Got another email saying that one of the items was out of stock
20 Jan - Got another email saying “ You will receive a tracking code so you can track the delivery.”
26 Jan - Haven’t heard anything from them”
