I ordered a dress i liked the look of and had to pay postage. Whenit arrived i was instantly disappointed because the fabric was not what i expected , it looked like shiny polyester (it was a rayon mixture) . Whereas on the website the fabric appeared to be a matt finish. Then I tried to put on the dress but it had no zip and the neck opening was small so i couldn't fit my head in the opening. So even though when i put the dress against me it looked the right size it was useless. I could not find a return sticker in the parcel. I looked on the website and printed a form. Then i looked at the return policy and realized that i would have to pay twice for this unwearable item. I returned the dress first class over a week ago and i have not received an acknowledgment from killstar that they've received it. i've emailed them and not heard a thing. I will never order again.

I have been a customer with Killstar.us for many years now. I own many of their older styles and used to tell people about them locally anytime I was wearing their clothes. About a month ago, I placed an order for 4 dresses during a sale they were having. The sizing was ALL OVER the place, some of them being like, 2 sizes too big, and others being a size or two too small. I never had issues with sizing in the past with this company. I ended up exchanging 2 items and returning a third. I had to spend about $15.00 in return shipping. Then, they made multiple mistakes with my exchange order causing delays and confusion with my finances. When I finally got my two exchange items almost another month later, the sizing was wildly off again with one dress fitting perfectly and the other being way too small. I emailed their customer service asking if they would consider sending me a shipping label to return this dress, since I was already out $15 for the previous return/exchange order, and since they had made a mistake with my original order, refunding me twice and causing me a lot of confusion. Not only do they REFUSE to send you any kind of shipping label, even IF they make a mistake, they will totally blow off your concerned about their garment quality and ignore anything else you say. They will repeatedly send you a link to their website and that is it. I asked to speak to a Supervisor or someone higher up over there and I was completely ignored. In this case, then, all we can do is leave reviews and share our experience in the hopes that is will save someone else this trouble. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The straps on the dresses are sewn poorly, they are often crooked, and I have had to hand-sew/modify the last 2 strappy dresses I bought from this place because they were sewn so poorly, or crooked, or had threads shooting out all over the place looking cheap and unfinished. Not good for $50+ a cheap cotton dress with print.

I used to buy a ton from Killstar- literally every month. My last experience completely put me off: I spent £90 in two dresses (the prices have gone crazy) as a treat, and they arrived in a disgusting state. What used to make Killstar great - care, lovely packaging, ready to wear garment, has now fallen to the ground. The two dresses were wrinkled, stained and of poor material. Shame.

Disgusting company. Was denied a refund on a dress as apparently my return was not 'in saleable condition'... They stated there was animal hair on the dress which is laughable as I don't own any animals and nor does my neighbour! They said they would send this back to me (which I quite obviously don't want), and they had the cheek to say 'out of goodwill' they wouldn't charge me. I work in the same field of work and I have to say, I am SHOCKED at the lack of customer service and the T&C's... So now not only have they taken over 2 weeks to refund me, they have also quite conveniently found a reason to not refund me my full amount. Garbage company.

Very bad quality for outrageous high prices, I expected more for that price. First my hand bag: The sewed part on the inside broke after just a few days. Then the handle started to detached from the bag after only two weeks. I don't overfill my bag and always take care of my stuff. This bag was £45. I had way cheaper handbags that lasted much longer. Then my shoes. I've just worn them 3-4 times and the sole is already detaching from the shoe on both sides. Plus one zip closure just can't remain close. The kind of issue you can have for shoes you buy for £5 at the market, not for £70 shoes. I've emailed them several times and let comments on their social media to talk about the issues, and they've just ignored my emails and even deleted some comments. I was very enthusiastic about this brand, but not anymore. They seem to be only interested in making money and sending products to gothic influencers for them to promote their products. They don't give a F at all about the quality of their products and their customers. I will never order from them again, and I definitely don't recommend them to anyone.

Killstar do not respond to emails! They have no customer telephone number either. They charge me delivery when my order was 2p under, I emailed them about it, nothing! I returned some shoes that were too big, 2 working weeks later no reply, emailed them about it, nothing! Emailed to ask them why no replies, still waiting!

Why can you not give zero stars?! This company deserve no stars. Items outside of six months that are faulty will not be dealt with, beware! Awful customer service and much fobbing off. Shop at Disturbia, much nicer to deal with!

Return process is extremely difficult and vexing. The customer service team are volatile and condescending, they also lied about the date of receiving my parcel and the return policy. Highly hostile, don't shop with them?

Buyer beware, you have no recourse for returns,,,YOU MUST PAY! I would give you no stars, if possible. The skirt I ordered fits perfectly, but the center part of the faux leather caging on the skirt is so disproportionate that it hangs down in the center and looks ridiculous and there is also a deep crease in the strap from how it was folded for shipping, which will not come out and you want me to pay for return shipping. Why should the cost of shipping be coming out of my purchase? Theoretically, the entire purchase could be spent on return shipping, if there is manufacturing & packaging issues with my orders, and I would have nothing to show for it. I received a gift certificate for Christmas and now I am losing money to return shipping costs. You can buy a lot of their clothing on Amazon or at Dolls Kill and they do not make you pay for return shipping, unless you abuse it.I recommend using their sites or just steer clear of Killstar. There are plenty of goth clothing sites with far better customer service.I sent an email about my concerns and NO ONE addressed them. I was told to look up returns on their site..nothing more. Thanx for ignoring my issue. Never again will I shop here.

The customer service is the worst I have ever came across. If you buy here you should pray to the God that something doesn't go wrong because the customer service won't even escalate your issue to a supervisor. They randomly changed the shoe sizes and they expect you to pay for return shipping and the exchange one when it's their fault for not providing you with the size chart online. The one they send you is 2cm off the one one you can google yourself. The customer care agent will show you no empathy, will never say they are sorry, AND for some reason... according to Killstar the Ireland is not in the UK so the "free shipping" policy does not include it. Also, any effort to have your interaction escalated to anyone higher than mere agent will be completely ignored and replaced with generic responses. A mere €10 credit would suffice for the issue, or would should that someone cares for something other than your money. Now I'm stuck with €45 worth of shipping charges or with decision to keep the over-sized shoes. The products are good, but the way this company and their customer support treats you as their customer is pure garbage.

Ordered some items for the first and last time at Killstar. It took more than two months for me to get a partial refund for the goods that never arrived. They supposedly sent the parcel out and after several inquiries informed me that the parcel has been returned to them because I supposedly didn't pick it up at the post office. Local post always issues at least two delivery notices and then keeps the parcel for a month before sending it back even for cheap Ebay stuff. Never received a single notification. Contacted the post office and no parcel with the particular tracking number ever was registered in my country. Then they asked to pay for shipping to resend the goods. No thanks. At least I paid via Paypal and got money for the goods minus shipping. Customer service is terrible, not to mention the condescending tone in which some of the emails were written. Wasted a lot of time to get refunded. NEVER shopping there again!

This is a garbage company I spent $65 on a sweater that was nothing more than a ball of yarn. There's no way you can wash it, it will disintegrate. When I asked for a return label they refused so don't think you can safely order their trash they will not guarantee it

Terrible customer service. Due to an error in the sizing chart on the website, the shirt that I ordered was way too big. The measurements of size XXL of the sizing chart on the site matches the size XS of the specific shirt that I ordered. Their excuse was that the shirt is a 'relaxed fit'. A difference of 5 sizes is not a 'relaxed fit', but just WAY too big. Killstar refuses to admit their mistakes and refund the return shipping costs.

I bought a backpack 2 weeks ago... the clip broke the first time I wore it. The bag was also missing 2 important metal rings to clip the straps on towards the bottom. When I first assembled the bag, this seemed odd, but I trusted this was part of the design and fit the clips through the leather openings. After contacting the company for a replacement strap, I reviewed the online photos and realized the rings were missing, a very stylish and functional component. Unfortunely, although I was within the 14 day exchange window, they would not replace the incomplete bag with one that had all the working parts because the bag was "not in it's original condition" because I had attached the straps through the leather holes, not knowing the rings were missing. They sent a new strap and issued a gift card for less than $20 which is a nice gesture but not helpful seeing the bag cost $79. Cute, yes. Quality...lacking. Killstar has lost my business, I do NOT reccomend their product. Buyer beware :(

Don’t do it to yourself. I came here and read reviews first also and I thought “there’s enough good to outweight the bad, it won’t happen to me”. It will. I ordered in April the first time. Everything was fine. Prints on the dressss I got were stuck together on arrival, but they were big enough to gently pull apart and be fine. This is important later in the story. So keep it in mind. I order early May again. Both items I receive are WAY off size chart. One men’s item and one women’s. It sucks, but I figured “it’s fine. I’ll exchange for something else, sucks I’ll be out shipping”. For clarity both items were clearance. So any difference I was getting back in store credit. I send them back $10 to ship. My total original order with S&H was $55. A few days later I see my items have been delivered and I just email to check in and make sure they made it there safe. Yes I know the policy is 7-10 on exchange processing. But “Princess” is rude and jumps back at me with the policy and they’ll hear from me when it’s done. Yea; thanks just making sure the post office was bothered to do their job. I hear back a few days later that my exchanges are on the way. Original order minus S&H was $48, they cover S&H on exchanges in the US total cost of items I got $44 (these are all invoice numbers btw), I got a $1.50 gift card. Who does their math? I’m not sure. But I don’t argue, I got my clothes. Except the dress I got Spooky Haunting, was again stuck together in many places only this time the print is small and delicate and you can’t pull them apart without damaging the print. And I tried everything. Cold water, warm water, giving it a minute in the dryer to warm them all up. Nothing. I ended up with mangled print all over the dress. Missing pieces of print and complete mess. I email; they ask for pictures. I send many. I get back “if you don’t want to send it back (NO! It will be another $10!!) then we can give you store credit which is normally 20%. So it would be $4.80, but I can do $6.50. Let me know.” $6.50...for a $24 dress that is a complete mess because of a manufacturing problem. Gee, I’d say they probably need the money far worse than us. I’ve spent over $200 this month on clothes with them from the US and UK site my purchase from the UK site last week is my last. I have asked them to delete my account including my wishlist with over 15 items I intended to buy. Do yourself the favor: don’t give them your money. You’ll get treated to their “customer service” experience.
