I placed an order on August 9th, but after 10 days I haven't received any tracking number. So I wrote to customer service. They don’t have chat. They never answer on social media or by e-mail. Luckily, my package came today, August 22. R.I.P. Slash Jeans is too big for an XS size... The legs are also a bit long (my height is 5'2"). Instead the rest – Lilith's Blood Panty, I See You Leggings, Dark Reality Mesh Top and Batty Night Dress – are okay.

Glad they carry plus size but the 4x distress top fits like a 2/3x and it took 57 days to deliver. The relaxed t-shirt fits nicely as a regular t-shirt. Love the styles but 2 t-shirts for $100 Canadian and I can only wear 1. Plus a veryyyy long shipping time. 60 days and its considered lost. 57 is cutting it very close.

I've ordered a handful of items from Killstar over the last few months, although from a third party Australian website called Berserk (if you're in Australia I highly recommend them). I have a t-shirt and a set of two pillowcases that are honestly really nice, decent quality. Killstar leather however...is a totally different story. I have two pairs of boots and two bags from Killstar, the Broom Rider boots and the Mosh Moto boots, as well as the Zamara backpack and Stardust backpack. They're always pretty to look at on first glance but not so much the second time around. Expect some scuffing on your boots if you order shoes from them and definitely some messy gluing where the sole/heel/platform is attached. It's pretty clear that they weren't made with a lot of care. Easily look like they could have been made by some knock off Chinese company, exploiting their workers on less than minimum wage. But the real issue of course, really is the leather. You can tell just by looking at it, that it's very cheap and poor quality. When I put my Broom Rider boots up against my $30 Kmart boots of a similar style, it becomes even more obvious. The texture and quality is similar, although the Kmart boots leather actually happens to be much thicker and less likely to crease/fall apart. The leather on the bags are pretty much the exact same situation. Poor quality. Very far from 'Luxury' as Killstar likes to call themselves. I have a leather proofing polish that can be used on vegan leather and I have used it on all the boots I've had over the last few years, which is a fair amount. After application, you're supposed to give the boots in the sun (although not direct) for a few days until the polish fully absorbs. This helps waterproof the boot as well as soften the leather to prevent cracking, splitting and peeling. The polish works just fine on all my store-bought boots that were $50 max as well as my $170+ Demonia boots and $120+ Koi Footwear boots. However, not my Killstar boots. The polish didn't absorb even after weeks. I remember a time when Killstar used to be my favourite brand. What a shock that this was before I'd actually bought anything from them. So, suffice it to say, I'm unlikely to buy any leather products from them again, although I'm not overly likely to buy clothing from them either as their sizing charts are an absolute joke. All in all, Killstar usually just isn't worth the money you pay.

I’ve been a Killstar customer for about 4 years and I gotta say my experiences with this company have been very mixed. The quality of some of the clothing just isn’t up to par, especially for the premium price you pay, and many if my dresses are falling apart on me after only a few uses. My biggest issue with them, though, is their severe lack of communication and customer service. If you make any mistakes when ordering don’t expect to be able to contact them because you won’t get any response. I once ordered the wrong size of leggings and immediately sent them a message asking if it could be changed before being shipped out. I never got a response but instead got a shipment notification almost immediately, which was strange because my tracking info didn’t start updating until quite a few days had passed. Needless to say, I was disappointed. You already have to cover all return shipping fees, which I find is unacceptable since their sizing chart is basically useless. You can try taking your own measurements to determine your size but even that doesn’t always work because of how drastically different the materials they use are and how much stretch they have (which isn’t always thoroughly explained in the item descriptions). Even their ring sizes are off! So you basically have to guess your size when ordering and don’t bother to ask them any sizing questions because they’ll just refer you to their sizing chart. This is not good customer service. If you can quickly notify me that an item I ordered is out of stock and promptly issue me a refund, it shouldn’t take much effort to at least respond to customers who have order inquires. That being said, I do still purchase from the website from time to time, though I’ve been steady stepping more and more away from the brand these past few years. It’s undeniable that they have some really unique items that you can’t find readily in small towns and they’re prompt at shipping out packages and always neatly pack your items. I especially love their Hazel Leggings, socks, pins and sew on patches as well as some their jewelry (I highly recommend their stainless steel earrings, they’re really great), and their Starlight Flats. I was also able to nab their Hell-O-Ween Pumpkin handbag and so far it’s been holding up just fine. That being said, buying from this brand is a gamble and I would highly recommend looking up reviews on items your interested in buying before pulling the trigger.

Items are beautiful but cheaply made by the look of it and not good quality. Eyelets fell out my jacket a week after buying it and photos online show the fur which is actually not attached, meaning you can't wear the jacket as advertised as it would fall off. Two bags have plastic-like thin lining with bevelled zips and the main zip on a big bag hasn't worked from the minute I used it. I'd be willing to pay much more for QUALITY products in the same style so wish they would reconsider their materials used.
