A few days later, I received an email notifying me that the items added were out of stock and I would get a refund (which I got). However, I would not have placed an order if I knew the accessories were out of stock because I didn’t want to buy a candle by itself (it’s for a gift). A few days later, I received a notification from the post office that I had to pay taxes in order to have my package delivered (21€). I would’ve liked to have known of the potential fees during the checkout of my order. Overall, the candles are nice but unfortunately I am disappointed due to the expensive taxes and the misinformation of the availability of the items.”
