“Infection gone and I'm home! Really nice and efficient doctors, nurses and other staff; I truly appreciate being given single rooms which did much to guard my privacy. Compliments too to the kitchen who provided the delicious kosher meals. I appreciate that with cost cutting the single course with not much choice is now the norm. But I was sometimes sent an inappropriate dessert for a meat meal and couldn't keep it until I could eat it because it was ice cream (which I love) with dubious ingredients. This man is too real for this earth, I met a doctor today that I have never met in this hospital before and I have been coming for 26 years of my life- Masha Allah, May god bless this Doctor in Abundance- for the first time coming to this hospital, I am treated with dignity and respect- for the first time in 3 years, my 3 year old got the treatment that he needs without having to go to the GP. “Despite stressing that a PSA blood test was urgently requested by Queens oncology prior to a telephone consultation, my husbands phone appt was cancelled as Queens didn't receive the results! On contacting KGH pathology, it was confirmed that " we do have the results but due to an error on our part they were incorrectly dated".As a result, my husband has been told he won't get an oncology appt until.late February!”
“I came into the hospital today with my mother who recently suffered a heart attack and was sent in by her doctor. Absolutely packed in UTC, what I found on my seat was BLOOD and I don’t mean I drop I mean alot of blood all down the chair. I had to clean it myself as no cleaner was about. Absolutely disgusting”

Daughter been suffering with chestpains and palpitations so packed a bag and headed for A&E expecting to have to wait for hours and hours.
Daughter was triage as soon as we walked in the door and then was seen within 10 mins for an ECG. The lady doing the ECG was so friendly and kind, my daughter was upset and scared and the staff were very reassuring and patient.
After ECG The Dr called us in for results within 5 minutes and we were on our way back home all within the hour.
Have never had any issues at KGH.”

“Until I reach to doctor all the staff seem to be robotic. Doctor dealt so nicely with me. He listened to me with full concentration. I’m very happy with doctor and with staff who did my ecg and X-ray as well. Waiting time was a bit less than previous experiences.”
