“Brilliant bought my cooker at 23:30 on Wednesday arrived 8am Friday A grade oven said there was a mark on the outside which did not matter as was built in when oven came looked brand new and could not see any mark Great service saved over £140”

“We highly rate Kingdom Appliances, we ordered a reconditioned integrated washing machine, the description said slight marks on the side, but we could hardly see them, this saved us around £200! All were super helpful and friendly from the office staff to the delivery driver and very easy to get hold of when organising delivery dates and times. Highly recommend this company.”

“Fantastic, I ordered a cooker hood Monday, realised I had ordered the incorrect model, had a quick call, the order was cancelled, new correct hood ordered. A couple of calls from the delivery team to confirm arrival time on the day. Great service, oh and delivery was down to south coast free of charge. Well deserved 5 stars.”

“I have made two separate purchases from Kingdom and am extremely pleased. Both were graded machines (I.e. with cosmetic defects such as scratches, dent etc). In both cases they were scrupulous in listing even the slightest issue, so you know exactly what you are buying. (Make sure that you look at all the photos, not just the stock photo which shows when a listing opens.). The staff are friendly and helpful, as is the delivery driver, and I was given as much time as I needed to inspect the goods before signing for them. In my case the defects are not visible once the units are fitted, so they are effectively new and perfect for a fraction of the normal retail price. Thoroughly recommended. PS - no one in the company asked me to write this, which is a pleasure after having my arm twisted by some tradesmen.”

“Ordered, AEG, single oven, warming drawer, combi microwave and downdraft extractor. The items arrived on next day delivery at 7:30am, helpful driver, inspected all the goods upon arrival and as described. A metal trim on the downdraft was bent, the driver phoned this through to the office and a replacement trim was sent out a week later direct from AEG. Great service, fantastic prices, and I have already recommended kingdom appliances to a colleague. Good job guys and a refreshing change to get a good price and service.”

“I visited their store for the first time today and I can honestly tell you their appliances are well worth the money! I mean, they sell appliances almost 40% cheaper than retail price! It was a warm welcome as soon as I walked in! Their customer service is phenomenal 10/10. They made sure I got the best deal! I advise all consumers who are looking for appliances to go to this store for the best deals! Amazing place! Keep up the good work!”

“Fantastic, we had to return our cooker as wrong one delivered, easily done (no one is perfect on this planet) .... code was very extremely similar, the aftersales service of sorting it out was brilliant. Such a pleasure to deal with organised, friendly and thoroughly nice staff. The right one arrived very shortly after. Delivery man marvellous, efficient, friendly and helpful. We are pleased as punch with our new Zanussi.”

“Ordered a Neff induction hob for a very good price. Was given time to inspect the hob for any visual damage , scratches etc.... there were none !!! absolutely perfect. Installed the hob today and all working 100%. Would thoroughly recommend this company”
