“A very simple order, delivery confirmation and delivery process. Our AEG cooker arrived, as promised, on Wednesday and it's exactly what we needed. It's in beautiful condition; we can't see the decribed scratches on the ceramic hob. Staff membera at the shop were polite, friendly and knowledgeable when I called ans the delivery guy was polite, friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!”

“Great customer service. Products accurately described and great value. Well packaged items with a years manufacturer's warranty and a friendly delivery driver. Had a rare mishap on my last purchase - faulty fan on AEG freezer - KA swapped it over without fuss with a like for like model with 7 working days.”

“I purchased a reconditioned washer-dryer at a fantastic price. The website was easy to use and clear. The reason for a score of 4 is that the communication from the company wasn't great: I had to chase it by telephone and was given a vague delivery date (no time) and, having arranged to have someone in my house for the delivery, I was told the driver would call when he was half an hour away. This never happened, either, which I would have very much appreciated!!”

“I am delighted with my product, the price was exceptional and the man who delivered the item was very efficient and polite. The only reason for a loss of one star is because I had to wait over a week for my delivery. I would still buy from Kingdom again, just so long as I'm not in a hurry!”

“I’m happy with the product (as far as I can tell as not yet installed it) but was disappointed with the process. I placed my order on a Tuesday, and was not contacted to arrange delivery until the following Monday, I was told they would be delivering the following day, I advised I would be out at work and asked if there was another day and told no, but don’t worry you’re first on the list so it will be there at 7am before you leave. It wasn’t, I had a call at 1pm from the driver to say he was 20 minutes away, I had to agree for it to be left on my drive until I got home. Fortunately it was still there when I returned. This is in total contrast to Appliance World, i ordered another product from them at the same time, I had a call within 5 minutes to arrange a convenient delivery day, was given a 2 hour slot and it was with me by Friday.”

“I have had quite a few appliances from Kingdom and have never been disappointed these include 2 double ovens, a washing machine, a dishwasher and most recently a heat pump drier. All appliances have been excellent .”
