“Personnel in sales, expediting and delivery all extremely helpful and professional. From placing order to delivery was only 24 hours (I unexpectedly got lucky with next-day delivery for a large appliance: thank you.) Washer dryer yet to be fully installed so cannot comment on its performance yet. The blemishes are not as obvious as online photos suggested. So, all in all, a very satisfied customer.”

Delivery driver was friendy and very helpful, checked the machine over with me and asked if I was satisfied with everything before asking me to sign. Just wish other companies could be like this. “Excellent service with excellent communication. Saved so much money buying both a fridge and freezer for my kitchen. They are both integrated so none of the marks will show. Delivered directly by their delivery driver too. One man so just needed a hand over our front step, that’s all. A big thank you to Anthony in the office who was very kind and talked me through things. Also the dispatch manager who called and arranged delivery. Communication was excellent. Thanks so much”
