“Great value for quality items but more importantly, a very professional and helpful team. I had a small issue after delivery which was dealt with speedily and appropriately. An organisation is only as good as how they deal with problems. Particular thanks and praise goes to Zac having resolved the issue. “These guys are really good, I was able to ask questions about the product through online chat and get immediate clear answers. I placed the order at at 9pm and by 10am someone called me to make delivery arrangements. They called me just before delivery and then turned up exactly when they said. I was given time to check the product without being rushed. This is the way online retail should work.”
