“We ordered a new graded AEG induction cooker, over £300 cheaper than retail. Supposedly with a couple of small scratches and tiny dents on the sides. We could only find one minuscule scratch, unless you searched for it you would not notice it. We received the cooker five days after ordering, the driver was very pleasant and helpful. They took our old cooker away for just £9.99, so much easier than lugging it down to the tip. Excellent experience, would buy from Kingdom again, most definitely.”

“Excellent communication from the receipt of my order right through to delivery. Ensured appliances came together on same day and driver was very obliging in helping us get them into the house. Arrived nice and early so we didn't need to wait around. Have unwrapped and inspected, but presently won't be installed for 4-6 weeks due to hold up with new cabinets, so this review is for the services provided, not the appliances.”

“These guys are really good, I was able to ask questions about the product through online chat and get immediate clear answers. I placed the order at at 9pm and by 10am someone called me to make delivery arrangements. They called me just before delivery and then turned up exactly when they said. I was given time to check the product without being rushed. This is the way online retail should work.”
