“Excellent and friendly service from every member of staff from initial technical query to order placement to delivery which was swift and free. I bought two appliances: undercounter fridge and freezer. Both are A-grade ‘seconds’ which are attractively priced but have a minor blemish. Thank you.”

Delivery driver was friendly and happy to wait for us to unwrap and visually check the appliance before he left.”

“I found this company after a web search and decided to buy an oven after looking at their previous reviews. Their pricing was was excellent and I decided to buy a 'Graded' product with a twelve months manufactures guarantee. It arrived promptly within the five day period and was even better than the images shown of the product - one very minor blemish on the front corner only visible if you are very close to the edge of the door. The delivery team were very friendly and helpful and took away the old oven and placed the new one next to where it was going to be installed.”

“This was such an excellent experience. I have purchased a graded item, so unused but for some reason returned to supplier... This was an built in oven with no visible issues on the front but just in the inside part that will be inside the kitchen cabinet. These are really minor marks and no one but the fitter will ever seen them. And the oven costed be 40% less. Delivery was 3 days later and well organised. All was really painless.”
