“After 5 attempts for Amazon to deliver a faulty freezer I came across a "new graded" version of the same freezer on Kingdom Appliances. Slightly dubious about the "new graded" description I called and was more than reassured by the friendly, helpful staff. They even went to check it over and called me back to reassure me it did have all 4 wheels! They said it was perfect and it is! The delivery was super quick, they called to confirm the delivery day and called in advance letting me know the time... It did not come in the packaging (as described by the staff hence the new graded) but all this meant was I did not have to dispose of polystyrene! I saved a small fortune and got far, far, far better service and goods. I highly recommend Kingdom Appliances and their new graded appliances, if you are at all in doubt call them, they will put you at ease.”

“I bought Zanussi Cooker. Everything about purchase was first class. Price, item, delivery, communication etc. I totally recommend Kingdom Appliances. It was so nice to talk to someone who answered any questions and made you feel like a valued customer. The deliver date and time was kept up to date and informed. They even took the old appliance away for recycling at a nominal charge. Well done Kingdom.”

“Excellent service. I was replacing an integrated washing machine and the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful regarding the positioning of the fittings on my replacement machine. Delivery was within 4 working days of ordering. I received an email and a call yesterday advising the delivery would be between 06.30 - 7am! It arrived 06:55 with the friendliest most helpful and considerate delivery driver. I cannot recommend the service enough!”

“Staff are friendly, stock is extensive and from what I could see when visiting, and it seemed to be in good condition. The ebay listings are accurate in terms of the condition of the items with pictures of any cosmetic issues. Appliances all work well. Delivery was free, at the specified time, and the delivery driver was very helpful - brought the items up to my flat on the 4th floor (in the lift). Overall staff have been great to deal with, and they pick up the phone and answer queries helpfully. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.”
