“When my oven arrived we immediately noticed a dent to the front door which was not as advertised. I didnt want to send it back as I really wanted the oven so I accepted it from the driver. I later contacted Kingdom Appliances to inform them of the fault and asked if anything could be done. In all honesty I wasnt expecting much from their after sales team but I couldn't have been more wrong. Someone got back to me the same day and offered me a new replacement door which I have now received. I am now one very satisfied customer!”

“My wife is very pleased with her new washing machine. The washing machine that I selected for her was very competitively priced and I made a significant saving. I was a little sceptical buying from a smaller business at first, particularly as I was not given a delivery date online when I made payment, but I was called 2 days later and offered delivery at my convenience. I suspect that the dishwasher will be the next appliance to go and I will not hesitate checking out Kingdom Appliances.”
