“These do not work even if you are wearing a tampon … they ABSOLUTELY are not leakproof! Do NOT waste your money … this company should be cited for false advertising. You cannot leave a review on their website, yet there are multiple 5 star reviews there. Obviously not written by consumers …”
“I recently purchased quite a few of their leakproof styles ranging from moderate to super absorbency but their website did not have an option to leave a review.
Please do your research before purchasing these whether it be for primary or back up protection. These do not work as advertised. The super absorbency style does an okay job at absorbing but the gusset is super thick and feels like I’m wearing a pad. The medium absorbency style which claims to hold 3 tampons worth is pretty much useless. There is zero absorbency in the gusset and I found myself leaking in less than an hour on my light day.
There are no returns or refunds which is poor business decision on their part. I truly believe that if these are advertised as period underwear but cannot perform as such the buyer should be allowed a partial refund. (Modibodi allows one refund for each new customer.) Plus items that have not been opened should be allowed a refund. Especially since these are not cheap but costing $20-$30 a pair.
I will not be purchasing from Knix again and I also don’t recommend to friends or family.”
“I bought the super leakproof thong and have to wonder if the designers have ever seen female anatomy before. The "leakproof" gusset sits at the front of the underwear and extends maybe halfway back the length of the thong, so it doesn't cover the necessary bits! Where do they think the blood is coming from? What a waste of money.”
“Bought the leakproof underwear in a few Colors. I don’t have an abnormal flow, regular tampons usually suffice.
I leak through these in 15 minutes. SAVE YOUR MONEY.”
“The pee-proof underwear is anything but. The product does not work. Leaks spurt out everywhere. Do not waste your money on this product. Look elsewhere”
“I bought the leakproof underwear, and even using a tampon this underwear leaked immediately. The lining that is supposed to act as the absorbent is completely misplaced, positioned all the way in the front of your underwear. I leaked on the sides right away. I spent a lot of money to try this out and wasted all of it. They don’t work at all.”
“I bought the Leakproof High Rise underwear. Within 20 minutes of wearing them, they leaked through to my jeans. My flow is not that heavy -- it's a design flaw. The crotch of the underwear does not extend far enough forward, so the liquid moves forward when I'm sitting and leaks through to my clothes.
Basically, unless you stand 100% of the time, these underwear DO NOT prevent leakage.
They are very comfortable, so I am sad to report this, but unless there is a design change, I won't be buying these again.”
“I thought I would give these bras a try because I wanted to do away with underwire. I'm so sorry I did..these bras have absolutely no support and are not made for big breasted women. If I have to keep putting the girls back where they belong there really isn't any point in wearing a bra at all..for reference I am 5'2 and wear a 42DD. Terribly overpriced and a total waste of my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE BRAS FOR LARGE BREASTED WOMEN.”
“Your commercial should not be revealing a woman in undies showing pubic hairs. Wonder why so many perverts in the world. You can advertise your bras, undies without the woman actually body. Come on now my grand kids asked me why Grandma do they show the woman body all the time but not a man. There are not any men showing off hiw big there private parts looks in underwear. Just saying: Stop promoting with all this me too going on. What happened to us concealing some of our bodies. I would never support buying anything from you cause you don't have to advertise the way you do.”
“I feel duped! I bought an M+ bra (I am normally size 32 F but currently nursing so more like 34) and it gapes at the armpit. I then bought a bikini top in size S+ and I am bulging out of it - it's way too small. I can't return either item. I ALSO dumbly bought the high waisted bikini bottom, which rides up and is way overpriced. I thought to myself "well, at least I can leave a review on their website to warn others" - but no, there is no way to leave a review. I would not recommend this brand to other people who have large breasts and small rib cage.”
“I really wanted to like this product! I purchased underwear that said it had good butt coverage and ended up with underwear that constantly ended up in my butt crack giving me wedgies. I tried all 3 pairs, and even tried after multiple washes to see if it would "stretch" as advertised. It doesn't and as a result is the most uncomfortable underwear I own. There is no way to leave reviews on the site and there is no way to exchange or return. I will be throwing these away and am very disappointed at the waste of money.”
“I bought the LuxeLift Tank and the Dream Short underwear.
Shorts :
1. So much material in the back, it looks like I have an duck tail!!
2. Feels like plastic, fit is really awkward!
Tank :
1. Fit true to size, but armholes create "armpit love handles".
2. The "laser seams" really show the contours of the pads, would not wear this on its own.
3. Material is soft but creases a lot.
4. Very long length.
5. Colour is less pink and more terracotta than pictured online (I bought it in ginger).
Impossible to leave a review on their website. I'm sure they're all fake reviews.”
“At first the bras were so comfortable but then they started to stretch out and slide up. Forget gardening! Bend over and you fall out of the bra! What a waste of money. Had to throw them out.”
“Terrible company. I wish I had read the reviews. Underwear feels like plastic and is very uncomfortable. They won’t do returns or even an exchange to try something else. Please don’t buy from them.”
“I recently received a knix gift certificate for my birthday. My first attempt with KNIX was my own money. I followed their sizing and the bra way way too tight and there were not enough band hooks. I returned for a refund on my credit card. I was happy with the refund process that time. My second attempt was using my birthday gift card. I bought the next size up and a different style. Still a lousy fit that allows my breasts to travel all over the place, even just working a desk. The cups (if you can even call them that) are way to small despite what their sizing suggests and they didn’t get bigger with 2 weeks of wear. They said they don’t have a bra product that fits me at the moment. I also bought a pair of underwear. The underwear fit is very big and far too tall. I can pull them all the way up to my bra with fabric to spare. I’m only 5ft tall. I paid part credit card/part gift certificate. They will only refund what went on my credit card. $12. The rest of my birthday gift is toast. They will only put it back on the git card, for which I can't check the balance. I’ve tried two styles and two sizes plus underwear. I don’t recommend this company’s products.”
“Thigh saver... Sigh. I had such high hopes. No such luck. Worn 3 times and each time I am pulling them up. They simply slide down from my waist. Looking forward to a fast return and refund.”
“Terrible all around. Do not purchase from them! Fitting was completely inaccurate and they just don't care about their customers. I returned everything and will not give them my business again.”
