“The sizing is fine. The boy short fits well. The bikini not so much, rides up and creates a wedgie. Also these are not absorbent at all. I have minor bladder leakage and I feel the wetness more in these than my regular underwear.”
“These are nice underwear and customer service was very accommodating, but there are a couple big issues with the leakproof underwear. The sizing for the small leakproof lace thong was huge, at least two sizes too big. The leakproof lace bikini and cheeky were sized appropriately. The biggest issue is that, while these are comfortable underwear and I wear them regularly (great for leaks while working out or other daily routines), they are NOT leakproof period underwear. They could be used as a light liner, but will leak quickly if used for much more than this. If you want solid period underwear, check out Thinx, underwear specifically made to hold up to periods.”
“I have a pair of athletic Knix underwear. They end up giving me a wedgie and riging way up my back every time. I have had the product for a while, but not worn/ washed often. The "seamless" edges have delaminated and come loose from the rest of the underwear in the crotch. I contacted them to share that the product has failed, and they asked how I wash it (I was it the same as I do my cheap underwear that has lasted way longer) and said it sounds like I used it enough to justify the damage. I will not be purchasing another product from Knix. They market a quality product, and charge accordingly, but clearly the product they create does not match that, and they don't stand behind it. ”
“Poorly made products and terrible customer service. I asked them for suggestions to fix a bra that was falling apart after less than 2 years. Their reply offered no suggestions but instead stated that I should replace my bras every 8-12 months and then lectured me on how to care for it. (I know how to care for bras, I've been wearing them for more than 20 years and even the cheapest ones have lasted me longer than 2 years) They then proceeded to offer me 15% off my next purchase. Why would I want to make another purchase from a company that sells inferior products and treats their customers so poorly?
I replied to their email that I was disappointed with their response and they never bothered to get back to me.”
“The sizing is off. Their leakproof period underwear is a complete lie. It doesn't absorb anything and caused me a number of accidents. I wrote a review on their website but it didn't show up. Their highly rated reviews on their website seems fake. I don't trust this brand at all. I would never purchase from them again.”
“I haven't bought any yet, but I will! That is the best Ad I've ever seen! Being 71 my body is one of those! Perfect boost for all of us old gals! Thanks!”
“The underwear runs just a bit small. The absorbent area is NOT like normal underwear as their video states. It has a hard edge and feels stuff like a pad. Hope that helps someone. I was looking for something that felt normal so these were a waste of money.”
“I initially bought an XL tank top and was disappointed in the way it flairs out at the bottom making it feel loose. They gave me a full refund without having to return the top so I went and bought the next size down and LOVE IT!
I am a fairly active person and I love not having to wear a bra with this top! It is super comfy and doesn't give me back bulges. I liked it so much in fact that I went and bought it in 4 colors!”
“I just tried posting my first negative review of one of their products (the Catalyst sports bra, which I rated as one star because it pops loose during workouts) and it was never posted to their site. When I inquired as to why it wasn't posted, a customer service rep told me that "not all reviews are posted online for our products." So, they only post the positive reviews, which is why this sports bra that completely malfunctions while doing what you're supposed to do in it, has almost 2,000 positive reviews, because THEY DO NOT POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I find this unethical.”
“You have taken the place of those tasteless Victoria Secret commercials. We know what underwear looks like. We don't need to see it on television. I am a sixty-something who is offended. Please for the sake of decency find another way to market your product. I hope you'll give this some consideration. Signed, Offended”
“I have read complaints about the Knix commercial, however as a 50 something woman who has had 4 children I love the fact that real woman are used in their advertising.
Most models in advertising are usually very young with young perfect bodies. We should not be ashamed of our bodies, I think that it is a breath of fresh air to show that we can all be beautiful and can all feel sexy no matter of our shape and size. AND get underwear that fits and feels good!
Also as a petite woman of 5ft 3'', 115lbs with a 32 G bust I can finally find a bra that fits!
Well for what it's worth that my "two cents" have a fabulous day xx”
“Size chart helped me to choose the perfect size of bra. Needed to the exchange the tank top but the exchange process was incredibly easy. Knix is amazing. Will be buying all my future bras from here.”
“I am so disappointed with the bra I purchased. It fits but has zero support! This is a training bra for a 12 year old with no breasts. I can’t believe the price I paid for a bra that claimed to have incredible support. Don’t buy this brand people! Just because it’s expensive doesn’t mean it’s any good! Waste of money”
“Bought a bathing suit in my usual size and also verified with the sizing chart. It is way too snug! The sizing is horrible and it actually makes me look bigger than I am.
I also got swimming shorts for my 14month old son in the size 2T and they are TINY on him!!
I’m so disappointed with my purchase and would never buy anything again.”
“Bought two bras in the size I usually wear but I can’t get them done up. There’s about a four inch gap at the back and now I need to go out and buy extenders for them. The cups look like they might be a bit big but the band around is tiny. No idea if they fit at all until I can buy extenders.”
“Very disappointed to learn that your products are not made in the USA, especially when they are quite expensive. Bought 2 pair of underwear and they are the correct size for me but slide down and need to be adjusted often. Buying from you was a gamble I wish I'd not taken.”
“I ordered a bra and pants. They were delivered very quickly. I decided to return the bra but kept the pants. When I asked how to return the bra I was told to give it to someone who needs it. !! They refunded the money in full for the bra in short order as well.!! Now this is a great company. !! I will order from them again How classy !! Very impressed.”
