“This was my first try at period underwear and I'm kind of underwhelmed. I bought the super leakproof cheeky underwear and the super leakproof boy shorts. They are not very comfortable (gusset digs in and is quite stiff). The boyshort pair is more comfortable than the cheeky pair. The cheeky underwear fits small and the cut really strange. It's not at all how most cheeky underwear fits. The material they is not breathable, very warm and the band keeps rolling down my stomach. I'm not sure if I'll be able to wear these in the summer because I run hot during my period. The underwear seem to be okay as far as being absorbent, but only as a backup for my menstrual cup. I wouldn't trust them on their own. I'm not sure they are worth the price given the strange fit and comfort issues. I'll be looking elsewhere for my next batch of period underwear.”
“Knix is by far my favourite brand of undergarments. Fit and feel is a little different than your average product on the market, however, their return policy and customer service makes it easy to find the right fit. When in doubt they offer virtual fittings. Special care definitely has to be taken when washing and drying if you want them to last. If you’re the type to just toss everything in the washer dryer, these definitely aren’t for you. If you follow their care instructions they will last. Some underwear of mine are 5-6 years old and look the same as they did the day I got them. I have bras purchased before I had my child 34 C (3) and had to move up to a 38G (7+) while nursing. Other than the Cataclyst sport bra, I would say they offer low-medium support depending on the style. I wouldn’t do any higher impact activities in the ones I own other than in the Cataclyst. Overall, I really like Knix as a whole.”
“Basically, a year after buying like 10 products, bras and underwear...they were problems then with straps coming off while wearing, terrible fit, and underwear stretching out...the non-leak panties actually leak. I'm very disappointed. The company of women are disappointing. They cashed in on the body hype. I cannot wear anything I bought and nor is the material comfortable...what is the material anyway? This was a complete waste of MONEY. I would suggest going with spanx or other brands. I can't believer Nordstrom bought them and let them keep items in their stores. I want my money back all of them. All the bras and underwear are just sitting there unusable.”
“I purchased the v neck padded bra size 6+ I’m a 34G cup. The claims of comfort & support are completely false! Unless you are a large breasted woman & enjoy having saggy & no separation for your breasts. Nothing but a sweaty uncomfortable mess. I had to wear big shirts to hide the sag. A complete waste of money if you have large breasts.”
“Mmmm... the super absorbing leakproof reminds me of wearing pads when I was young - no one wants to sit in wet underwear. While they didn’t leak, they weren’t dry and that’s an awful, awful feeling. Yuck.
So, as a back up. Great. As a go to - nope”
“My 3 pairs of panties arrived & they are sizes, too small. Even holding them up to my body I can tell they do not fit. Unfortunately, even though I have not tried them on and they are still sealed in the packaging, I cannot exchange or return them. $60 down the drain. This brand runs incredibly small and the return item policy is disappointing.”
“I’m so incredibly unhappy!!
• These are so thin legit same material as the silky seamless underwear from La senza,
• no padding at all your nipples shine through
•NOT true to size
• looks like you have a uniboob
• could get it cheaper elsewhere”
“Underwear falls apart after about a year and considering I only wear them when I’m on my period, it’s not a lot of wear. Over priced, stretches out and does not breathe. Pass.”
“I spent $135.00 on this underwear. So uncomfortable. It hurt to wear them. Within 10 minutes I took them off! I have wasted money in the past - but not on underwear. Now I have to toss 4 new ones and a 10 minute old one. I would not even donate these to a woman shelter - they have enough problems. What kind of stupid does this Company think women are?”
“I spent $135.00 - I feel like a fool. Just underpants with a weird/ pad built into gusset that irritates the skin, the underwear rolls up on buttock and down on stomach. Strangest underwear I have ever used. I know nothing about customer service - the price is too high. Where can I return the 4 that are not opened?”
“Bra can’t be put in dryer, falls apart. I have bought bras for years never had that happen. Try sewing instead of glueing them together. Do not stand behind their product. Will not buy from them again.”
“I am a normal size S, 4-6. I ordered the boyshorts medium flow and they were good but a little too big even though i got a small.
I decided to order again, but got the cheeky super flow design hoping it would fit snugger (size S), however the gusset is far too forward on it and I cannot wear it without constantly adjusting.
I reached out to customer support having spent $130 on products that don't fit. And they advised they are making a product (size XS) to fit my size and the best they can offer is 10% to buy more products.
I will never shop here again.”
“I purchased a size 5 evolution bra and used the measuring charts on the Knix website. Sizing was way off for me, but that will happen with a “one size fits all” approach to bras. When ordering a new size I did order one size up, which unfortunately (and confusingly) was much smaller than the size 5. I wish I had not purchased, the reviews online are deceptive and they will frequently not post negative reviews.”
“I ordered 5 masks and just tried one today. I cannot breathe in them. It is impossible to talk with this on. I assumed a company that makes such good things would have tried this out... so disappointed...”
“I wasted my money and I can’t get a refund. You cannot breathe in these masks. Not. At. All. I’ve purchased over 100 masks and this was the most expensive and the absolute worst ever. If you put the mask on and cover the top and sides, it’s like a plastic bag.
I don’t believe the other reviews are real. Nobody could breathe in this mask.”
“Do they work? As far as I can tell so far yes but I honestly feel a pain would do just as well. They don't extend beyond the point of a regular overnight pad. Are the comfortable? Absolutely not. I'm talking about the *new dream shorts* here. The top rides down and the bottoms roll up 🤦♀️ i ordered larger than I normally wear in underwear or bottoms and they're still to SMALL! Also I was going to give them 3 stars because atleast it seems to work however I couldn't figure out how to leave a review on their website or their Facebook. Obviously shady business here. Would not buy again. To expensive for a lack luster product”
“I wish I would have read reviews before buying $100 dollars worth.First night and total disaster.gusset is not designed for periods,Like actual periods.Gusset is so small and dissapointintg I was comfortable...until I realized it wasn't working....Total bummer. It wasn't even a heavy flow😑.”
“The gusset in the leakproof panties does not extend past a gusset in normal panties and therefore provide very little protection. The material feels like sleeping in a swimsuit bottom. I bought these for added protection while sleeping and they were no help!”
