“Just received my bra and leggings. The fit is ok, true to size. I am small chested and have a large bottom. Leggings are a very good quality. Bra is reversible and came with straps in both colours. Very expensive but wanted to support a Canadian company. Customer service was terrible. Placed my order a month ago and could tell by the tracking number provided that a label was created but the package never left the facility. After contacting customer service 3 times they finally sent a replacement package. (The second package arrived in 2 days). No accountability and pointed fingers at the shipping company. At the end of the day it is not the customers fault when a package gets lost but I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. Never again!”
“Not worth the money! I wear 40 DD and straps are cheap. Not wide enough and thin elastic. I don't expect the straps to hold up. Leakproof panties do not allow for airflow. You sweat in them. Will not buy again.”
“I received a shipment confirmation 10 days ago but the shipment is sitting in limbo. Can't get a response from Knix or DHL. They took my money, though!”
“Don't stay up, roll down from waist, Better is "Beautifully Confident Light Leak & Period Protection Briefs" can be bought at Belk's and others on sale 7 pairs for $35.00.”
“The "super leakproof thong" is anything but - I own 3 types of period panties and this is the only one I have regretted purchasing. The placement of the pad is too high, and the thong is too narrow, so I'm constantly leaking. These are better off in the garbage.
I ordered 3 other products from Knix, all which had to be returned do to poor fit. The return process was easy, but the lady I emailed with wanted me to wash and wear the items up to 3 times to see if the fit improves - which is a terrible business model, who would want to keep items in the hopes they fit after washing and thus not being able to return them?!”
“Very comfortable and sizing is accurate. Just not $100 worth of comfort. I work hard for my $100. Just thought my bra would have worked harder too. I’ll keep shopping.”
“I just received my first Knix bra and cannot believe how comfortable and supportive it is.
I’m a 40DD so have always worn underwire. Never again!!
Thank you.”
“Ma copine m'a donné ses culottes récemment achetées car elles étaient trop petites pour elles. Point positif: elles sont super confortables à porter et ont une belle taille haute.
BUT 2 gros problèmes:
-THEY ARE NOT leakproof :(((((. They always leak... even with the "super leakprook dream short". Never had this problem with any other underwear.
- WAY TO SMALL. Je porte du L alors que je porte habituellement du S ou du M. Elles ne sont pas du tout fits true to size.
Extremely disappointed but the fit was great.”
“I love everything about their leakproof bikini underwear, I usually wear hipsters in size S. For Knix I wear bikini style XS and they're perfect. So comfortable and yet I feel secure. The new patterns and colours are great too!”
“Best Bra i have ever worn....perfect fit...sizes are accurate, fast delivery and excellent price...the bra is very well made and oh so comfortable...A+ recommendation”
“Ordered 5 pairs of leakproof undies. Only liked 2 of them - both the leakproof lace boy short (med absorb). I started a return for the other 3 and it was so easy. I would 100% recommend trying this company out. Read the reviews and sizing guide carefully but know that if they don’t work out you can return easily.
As for the 3 I did not like, here is my reasoning. The super leakproof thong was tighter than the other styles of the same size and a bit too heavy/thick feeling for my liking. The cotton super leakproof boxer brief was very comfy but the padding was too thick for me, I think it would be bulky under my tight pants. I have light periods and don’t think I need super leakproof. The leakproof high rise thong (light absorb.) was nice but a bit tight around my bum.
Sizing: I ordered M in everything. My measurements are: 28” waist and 39” hips. I wear 6-8 in pants.”
“For months I had looking forward to a Knix bra. Knix measurements guidelines were followed and finally purchased one and it arrived yesterday. In my mature adult life, this is the ABSOLUTELY WORST design i have EVER had for a bra. I am very small sized, yet the breasts cannot completely fit into the cup. If I force the breasts into the cup and try to adjust the straps, the bra puckers under the arm about 1 inch-1.5 inches and also puckers on the back about 1.5 inches. I am shocked such expensive bras are so poorly designed that it cannot fit even a very small person.”
“The ads say “for all sizes”. I followed the sizing guide and was excited when I found the bras on sale. I ordered one and it fit perfectly around my back but I couldn’t get into the cups. Way too small! I was spilling out everywhere.
So I contacted Knix only to find out they won’t cover sale items. 😳
Extremely disappointed. A total waste of money.
Note to the busty girls; these bras are not for everyone. I think the maximum cup size is probably a D.”
“I ordered two things: 4 pairs of high-waisted shorts-style underwear and the LuxeLift Pullover Bra.
The underwear: ALL 4 pairs had seams coming apart, the sewing on them was a joke. They refunded me for all 4 pairs.
The bra: it was described as being a great bra for people with small breasts. It is not. It's really high-necked with thick straps, so I can literally only wear it with a high neck t-shirt or long sleeve shirt. It's comfy, but only in winter, because it's so padded and thick material and so large that it makes me sweat as soon as I get warm or active. I don't recommend either things.”
“Virtual sales help was poor because they try to come up with one size for different styles when in fact different styles each have a different size. The sizing chart offered online is confusing. The virtual sales rushed me through the fitting the 2nd and third time with the repeat line-done' worry if it doesn't fit properly, you have 30 days to return it. But how many times can you return a bra when you need to finally find one that fits?? After 3 virtual fitting attempts without a bra fitting properly, I went to the Queen Street West store in Toronto. There were two managers on the floor. One was absolutely rude and not willing to help at all. The second was absolutely lovely. Her name is Cat and I recommend calling before you go in store to make sure she's there. She is usually there Tuesday-Saturday-believe me, I checked before going back there again. Sales help on the floor also seemed lovely. Since receiving help from a kind manager, bras are fitting perfect.”
“First sizing is way off. Bras didn't even come close to fitting. I was still going to give them a chance and order a size up. Went to the website and typed in my order number and it says that it doesn't exist. I tried 4 or 5 times. I even tried cutting and pasting it. I then called them and all you can do is leave a voice mail. No response. Sent an e-mail. No response. Sent another e-mail. No response. This time I left a very strong voice mail. If I don't hear from them this time I am contacting the BBB. Their reviews are so bad I wonder if this is more like a scam.”
