“UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - do not buy anything on Final Sale because they'll send you an unwearable product and not take accountability for it.
Wrinkled cups are a known problem. They put those models on Final Sale to get rid of bad stock, made their money from the sales and unethically won't deliver on helping you out for a BRAND NEW UNWEARABLE item.
Passive aggressive customer service so they need a lot of training to know how to talk to people.
I was a long time customer, but now I'm done with them. It's really sad and unbelievable how awful they are now.”
“I tried a couple of bra styles and settled on Knixy Lace WingWoman Contour Bra. They were purchased when they had a promotional discount so no returns were allowed. BIG mistake on my part, they do not support me and I am incredibly disappointed with the bra. I won't be back!”

“I bought a bra at the beginning of April and I have been wearing the same size for the past 4 years but their sizes are wrong! I wear a 34D and I'm not overly big cheated but I'm wider and I need a bigger cup size so that I don't get marks on the side of my breasts. The size I got felt like a B cup and it pushes my boobs uncomfortably close together and I can't wear it all day like they told me to! I get marks and it really bothers me but because I bought it on sale and followed their sizes, I'm stuck with a bra I can't and can't exchange! Everyone just needs to be aware of their sizes and options for exchanges because these bras are expensive compared the average bra. As they seem to advertise on comfort they should really not ask someone to wear something that hurts in the hope that one day it will fit right!”

“Love Knix underwear and the Evolution bra. Feels like second skin. No lines and good fit. One thing to keep in mind with is that the product can feel a bit tight on first few wears, but it soon stretches to fit comfortably.)”
“You can do much better for your money than a Knix bra. The saleswoman told me confidently that the bra will last as much as a year. She added that all bras must be replaced once year. What a crock. I’ve had French bras that lasted more than 5. Gave it a try anyway because I have some reactions to bra materials and within two weeks I have gone up 3 sets of hooks. I look dumpy and saggy. Going to return and invest an extra $30 in a quality bra that lasts 5 years.”

“Knix is only hype - no real substance. Tried 4 bras to get right size. None is even close. Very very poor customer service. No attempt to really listen. Only that you should keep trying @ ~ $70 per bra. And neither 4 nor 5 works? Go figure. Spent over $300 and they won’t make any attempt to consider reconciliation. Yes I know I’m past the return date. But yes I’ve tried 4 times. And yes I’ve spent $300 + to try to find what they claim is an amazing bra. Didn’t even come close to a good fit.

“Im not understanding how your underware sizing is so very inconsistent!
I have styles in xs and in medium! When I re order xs they are at least 1” smaller than the previous pairs. I understand they have five etc but they are not at all the same as my previous order.
I am replacing several pairs as the seams have rippled over time. I wash in cold, in a bag and hang to dry. Very confused”
“Was recently disappointed in the service I received. I ordered 2 items for my daughter who had been sized at the Knix store as a small, and the size chart is the same for all items, but these items did not have stretch or give to the waist. The size chart says 27" but actually measures 25". These were sale items so were not able to be exchanged but when ordering online you depend on the size chart being accurate. When I shared this with a Knix representative, I did not even recieve a response.”
