Despite being informed that the item I originally ordered was out of stock, they quickly offered an upgraded alternative, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. What really stood out to me was the level of communication from Angello, who kept me informed at every stage of the process. When I made an error with the recipient's name, Angello was incredibly responsive and immediately corrected it, ensuring everything went smoothly. “I ordered the Blue Ecuadorian Rose birthday bouquet with add ons (cake, balloon, card and chocolate) on their website. I did this all the way from the Pacific (Papua New Guinea) a day before the delivery date. The service was excellent, all the gifts looked exactly as displayed on their website. My brother received the gifts at his hotel for his birthday. I highly recommend Knots.ph for anyone living outside of Makati/the Phillipines.”
