“Very helpful and efficient team. Despite some shortages on certain gift items and flowers for the arrangement I ordered, they were all very accommodating and willing to find alternatives to meet my needs. Very communicative and prompt same delivery as described. I appreciate all of your hospitality and guidance!”

“Everything was just perfect! From the ordering process, to the assistance, to the packaging, and finally the delivery. It felt like I underpaid for how beautifully they put the flowers and gift together. I ordered a gift box and one of the items was not available, but they let me know right away. When I requested to change the gift box, they were very generous in making the change and even added a little something extra for the inconvenience (though it didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all!). I really like their flower arrangements and the way they pack everything with care. Will definitely order again. Thank you! 🌷”

“Great delivery service, I ordered from the US and their PayPal acceptance made the transaction very easy. It was delivered exactly the the middle of the requested time window. They even emailed me pictures of the card and all of the order. Everything was perfect. I literally couldn't be any happier.”

“This was my first time using Knots.ph and I was very impressed and pleased! I live in the US and Knots.ph was a result I found when trying to find a flower delivery company to send to a friend in the Philippines. Their customer service is great, and the items looked very professional and beautiful. I ordered some flowers and two candy boxes, and I received pictures of everything that was sent (from multiple angles). I was very pleased about that, because most companies don't do that. I also received a tracking link, so I was able to see the exact moment my recipient received the surprise. I was pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be using this company again! Highly recommend!!”
