“Hi, Ordering from Knotty Tie was easy and the shipping was quick. However, I wasn't too keen on the masks themselves. The standard size was super tight, and there are big gaps on either side of the nose. (I am a averaged sized person). I am not fond of the elastic around the head design. The fabric is cute and soft, but fit is more important to me.”

“Customer service was very responsive and created a great custom design! I haven't worn my mask for long, so time will tell how easy it is to wear for long periods of time. It is very soft! I'm a little nervous that the band around my head will give me a headache (like any other headband), but the mask did stay up when I wore it, which is good. I ordered for a group and most of the group hasn't tried out the masks yet. I ordered the regular adult and think it fits well on me (a woman). The masks were more expensive than most, but the custom design is awesome!”

“Nice design and colors, and seem to have decent number of layers of fabric. The only limitation is the filter is a bit flimsy and does not stay firmly in place inside the mask. A thicker and firmer filter that does not move around so freely in the mask would be preferable.”

“My favorite masks! Comfy, soft, stay on well. They may be a bit tight on the nose for me (a medium size would be awesome if it were an option) but I’m still happy! Amazing designs. Love showing my local pride with the Cap Hill murals.”

“Masks are super comfortable and fun looking prints!! Didn’t realize they were to be worn behind the head - not great for the hair. Cut the straps and re-tied for behind my ears. It would be great to have the option at time of purchase!”
