“My order somehow ended up going to South Dakota and back before it arrived in Denver. That is a post office error, however I hoped that Knotty Tie would follow up with me when it should have arrived to see whether I had gotten it or not. Additionally, I wish that the option to pick up my face masks upon completion was an option; the post office debacle added at least a week. As of right now, you can only pick up orders that are in stock right now. Next, the face masks are really tight on both my and my fiancée's face. The straps are too short and the fabric barely covers our nose and chin. It hurts the bridge of my nose. They are very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Finally, there is no wire at the top of the mask to fit it closely to the nose. The last two points are not complete deal breakers. However, it does make the price not worth it to me. I was hoping to order many more for myself and family members, but after receiving them I have decided against it. Love supporting local businesses wherever I can. If there are changes made to the above issues I would consider ordering more.”

“I purchased 2 abstract art face mask. Design: i like how they are colorful. Practical: the neck and head waring was a favorite especially when needing a break can bring it down and its accessible and easy to put back on. My only however is my first waring seemed a little too snug. Maybe after a wash might be broken in and little more comfortable. In final am very content with my purchase. And recommend giving them a chance.”
