“I am extremely happy with the customer service and quality of the products. I had a great time designing our ties for our wedding. Once I received the ties, I had noticed one was missing in the delivery. I emailed the team and got a response back within 5 minutes and my missing tie was found in manufacturing and was sent out the next morning.”

“I had some regular length bow ties and some XL bow ties. The boxes weren't marked at all, so I had to unbox all of them to sort it out. Not a big deal. The ties look great. Happy with the product.”
