“I never received my package! I understand volume is high right now, but Knotty Tie Co. has also not been responsive to my outreach to address the issue. I purchased the mask for my 70 year old mother, and she is still without her mask!”

“All interactions with the company were great, and the mask looks great, was delivered very quickly. The improvement I could recommend is a slight adjustment on the cut to improve wearability and comfort, but it’s quite serviceable as is.”

“Our masks are a beautiful quality. But I do wish the elastic went around my ears and not my head :-(”

“Thank you for the excellent masks! One suggestion to consider - I changed the elastic on mine to improve the ease of taking it on and off by having the elastic loop on each side. That way, the elastic goes around the ear on each side of the head. It is more comfortable, also. Regardless, thanks for the great product!”

“The quality is good. But, even after buying the adult sized mask, it fit a little too tight for my liking. I think they should consider make two adult sizes... a medium and a large.”

“We live in denver and for some reason our shipment is sitting in south dakota. We live in the areawhere they are at and its in south dakota??????? It will take 6 months to get them. What a joke the virus will be done when we get them. You people stink!!!!!!!”
