“I was initially disappointed as one of the masks did not have the filter product as ordered and one of the designs was not right. However, when I called with no questions asked the two masks were replaced and I had the new masks in 2 days.”

“I saw a news story recently about your company and how you have adapted to the COVID-19 Pandemic by shifting to making masks. What truly got my attention about your story was the fact that you employ refugees. As a medical provider and as a former volunteer with the refugee community, I knew I had to support your business in these tough times. I chose one of the nebula ties for my brother who is a NASA engineer at Mission Control for the International Space Station, and he loves it! Thank you for all you do at Knotty Tie Co.!”

“The face masks arrived quickly and looked like the pictures on the website. The masks are well-made and comfortable but not stifling. Best part was the masks stayed put while in the grocery store; did not slide around requiring adjusting. The Columbine Mask (Colorado section) seems smaller than the other masks but I'll still wear it.”
