“Masks are verynicely made. Only issue is they took a little longer than expected but that’s a matter of volume I’m sure. At least they arrived. I ordered some off Amazon and every time it got close to delivery date they would extend it another two weeks. Just got those refunded. Without Knotty Ties I would be in a real bind and I thank them for the good handiwork and professional communication about the delay.”

“I love the fabric of the mask. That’s the best thing I can say because the earpieces were put on incorrectly and I couldn’t fit it over my head. Ultimately, I cut the elastic and tied it together to make earpieces. Not what I would expect for a $25 facemask.”

“My only suggestion would be to have the masks go over the ears or Velcro behind the back of the head for easy removal. You feel a bit as if you’re dragging Covid over your face with the current design😬 Otherwise they are comfortable and you got them to me when I couldn’t find masks anywhere so thanks !!”

“I was initially disappointed as one of the masks did not have the filter product as ordered and one of the designs was not right. However, when I called with no questions asked the two masks were replaced and I had the new masks in 2 days.”
