“I was hesitant to use this service because you never know what the final product will look/feel like when ordering online instead of in-person. I must say that I was highly impressed with the final product! The quality of the design, materials and presentation is outstanding! I will definitely be using Knotty in the future and will recommend them to anyone.”

“This company rocks! I had a tie made for a special event. There was great communication from them. I asked them to ship my tie through USPS Priority Mail and it arrived on time. The tie was fantastic and I received many compliments on it.”

“Knotty Tie Co. had amazing customer service. The staff was very helpful the entire time I was selecting colors and ordering ties for my wedding. They responded to all my questions and concerns immediately. When my ties arrived, one had a small defect. I sent them an email with a photo attached and they had a new tie made right away. The colors are completely customizable and complimentary swatches can be sent directly to your house. I was struggling between colors and it was so helpful to see them in person when deciding. Each tie also came in it’s own box.”
