“The custom tie and pocket square came out perfect. The first one I ordered wasn't the right color which was no one's fault but my own, but Daniella in customer service recommended I get a color swatch and sent it to me at no additional charge. They don't do returns, which makes sense as each piece is custom made, but she also gave me a 50%off coupon for my next order. Great customer service and so many options. I know we will be using them again.”

“My bridesman recommended Knotty Tie for the groomsman at our wedding because it is local and they hire refugees. I loved being able to customize each tie to the matching bridesmaids dresses and the color chart was insanely helpful in matching tones. These guys will look so good on the big day!”

“I was extremely pleased with my tie and pocket square from Knotty, and the custom pattern that I had picked out online looked exactly like that when I got it. The shipping was also extremely fast and delivered much sooner than I had expected. I would definitely recommend Knotty to anyone, and I will absolutely be buying from them again. The price is also extremely reasonable for the product. I could not be happier.”

“The customer service Daniella was amazing at helping me resolve my issue. I picked the wrong color and since they don't take returns she gave me another option and sent the color swatches out to me without me having to ask. The delivery was quick as well.”

“These feel and look like quality ties, however I docked two stars due to the colors. We ordered exactly what is shown in the picture thinking the burgundy would match that shade when the ties arrived. When we opened the boxes, we found that they look purple, not burgundy. Sadly they don’t match our colors or work well with my fiancé’s suit so we are unable to use the three we ordered. We understand the return/exchange policy, but it is disappointing nonetheless.”
