“My husband's mask was a little snug. He tried to wear it at work and it left red marks on his nose and cheeks. The material is very soft and I really like my mask!”

“Soft and good quality but a little pricey. Only real complaint was that the elastic for the Blue Bear mask was put on wrong. The small elastic and large elastic were switched. My husband ended up trying to stretch the elastic before he could wear it.”

“Ordering was easy, the product is great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the product was not shipped as promised and I had to reach out and find out where my shipment was and when it would be sent. The company should have communicated with me first to let me know there would be a delay.”

“The mask is nice quality and made well. The only problem I had was the elastic was too long and the mask didn’t fit correctly. I just shortened them and actually made them hook on my ears instead of around my head. I am very happy with the mask.”

“Masks are verynicely made. Only issue is they took a little longer than expected but that’s a matter of volume I’m sure. At least they arrived. I ordered some off Amazon and every time it got close to delivery date they would extend it another two weeks. Just got those refunded. Without Knotty Ties I would be in a real bind and I thank them for the good handiwork and professional communication about the delay.”

“My only suggestion would be to have the masks go over the ears or Velcro behind the back of the head for easy removal. You feel a bit as if you’re dragging Covid over your face with the current design😬 Otherwise they are comfortable and you got them to me when I couldn’t find masks anywhere so thanks !!”
