“We had so much fun designing my fiance's tie!! We picked a matching pocket square for him and we are SO pleased with how it looks now that we received it. We initially put in the incorrect zip code, so our package was returned to the sender. When we reached out to customer service, they were super prompt in responding, letting us know that as soon as they receive it, they'd ship it out to the updated shipping address, without extra charge. We are so happy we went with Knotty Tie Co!”

“The knotty tie provided an amazing opportunity to create a one of a kind tie for my wedding. After spending so much time matching colors and waiting on the ties to ship the colors were not arranged how we had designed them. After reaching out to Danielle at Knotty Tie they remade the ties and made sure they arrived in time for the big day. The customer service was exceptional and they delivered a truly outstanding product.”

“Super cool experience for my fiance (now husband) to design his own tie! I was very excited when I saw that they color matched with the company that my Bridesmaids were purchasing their dresses from. Made the experience nice and easy for us and the tie came out AWESOME!”

“I ordered a custom-designed tartan pattern tie. It was a little complicated and I worried that their process might not produce a sharp enough image. I was worried for no reason. The tied turned out perfectly. This is the second tie I've ordered custom-designed. Very pleased with the whole process. I received timely text updates on the process and shipping.”

“Ties and pocket squares were exactly as advertised. There was a small shipping error, which Knotty sorted out right away and still got me everything I needed in time for my wedding. Definitely the only website I will be ordering any custom ties from in the future.”

“I ordered a pair of ties, at $40 each, very comparable to what I'd pay at a department store, only here I had a much bigger selection choice in the base colors I was looking for, than I have been able to find in any store. They arrived in under weeks, very happy with them.”
