“I am very happy with all Koh products and have gradually moved to using almost exclusively Koh for cleaning and laundry. I also use dishwasher tablets and toilet cleaner. Just a point regarding the toilet blocks I found they haven't been dissolving not sure if it was just a problem with one box as the block I used to clean the second toilet today from a new box did desolve.”

“I love the Koh products and the ethos of company. Sadly I was less impressed with the service when I tried to cancel my order (realising I had added a wrond delivery address) so that I could re-order with the correct one. I tried both to alter the delivery address (no luck) and to cancel, litterally a few moments from placing the order, so it would not have been in the process of shipping by then. Five stars for the products but sorry, only giving two for customer service because of the system. The person responding was very pleasant.”

“Wasnt happy with last order. Had to email to find out where it was, then to be told it was sent back as damaged in transit. Told they would send again. If i didnt email would it have beens sent again? Once arrived grout pole was missing to order so had to email again. Told not in stock. Unless i emailed the first time i would still be waiting for my order. There was no correspondence on your side to say it had been returned or that the grout poles were out of stock. Did all this happen or did someone just forget to do the order and these were excuses. Guess i will never know. Was impressed with the service up until this last order.”

“The loo cleaner tablets make an unpleasant house task so easy. Just drop a tablet in the toilet bowl and return after 15- 20 minutes and watch it froth up as you clean it with the loo brush. Combine the job with koh universal cleaner and the grout brush to get into the awkward corners and it's 'job done' in a couple of minutes. You end up with a sparkling toilet. ( pity it doesn't get seen by too many people!)”

“Recommend the product for dry surface areas such as cabinetry, tables and also use daily in the spray mop. Brings tiles up nice and shiny. Find it difficult to use in wet areas, showers, toilets etc where you really need a wet soapy product to clean effectively. Some time ago your site advertised that they were developing this kind of product so hopefully”

“So far, I am delighted with the Koh mop and universal cleaner. The loo blocks, likewise are doing a great job. The glass cleaner cloth, together with universal cleaner, is also a winner. I am still using up my old brand of laundry liquid, but expect that the Koh laundry liquid will live up to expectations too! All in all, a very satisfied customer!! I appreciate that even all of the packaging is recyclable and well thought out. Good job, guys!!”
