“I’ve been using the koh universal cleaner for nearly 3 years now and really happy with it. Love that you can use it on any surface and don’t need to store multiple cleaners. Recently, I did try the dish washing tablets however I was very disappointed. Unfortunately they didn’t turn out as good. Half of the tablet would always remain at the end of the cycle. Also found that we had to scrub the pots and pans before placing it in the dishwasher. I’ve had to go back to other products in the market.”

“This review is a bit difficult to write as I placed my first order during a time of upheaval in the company, apparently due to moving warehouses and a system software update. This led to my delivery being very slow and lack of communication and email replies from their customer service department. However, a number of my friends use the product and have always found their service to be very good, so I am happy to give them the benefit of the doubt on this occasion and put my first order coinciding with their changes, down to unfortunate timing on my part. The product itself is very good and I am enjoying using it. I particularly like that you use a dry cloth to wipe surfaces clean after spraying. It works wonderfully on mirrors and metal taps, and along with the grout brush, it cleaned the grout in my shower very well. I like that it is chemical free and I will be happy to continue using the product in the future.”

“Never recieved my order. You refunded me instead, I don't understand how it was sent but never arrived, I now have no cleaning liquid left, and I don't feel,as though I should order again, in case the same thing happen again. Been a customer for a long time, but I feel you have let me down,”

“I have got rid of most of my other cleaning products and am just using koh. The atomisers I got are excellent, especially for cleaning the cooker hob. I also keep one in the laundry basket full of water for spraying if clothes are too dry for ironing,”

“Hi, I am a little disappointed with my spray bottle. Only had for a short time, but the ball on the bottom fell off and won't go back on. The mop iI am very happy with. It is great”

“I use Koh to clean the bathroom benches, kitchen benches and floors. It cleans everything safely as there are asthmatic children in the house. To leave a fresh smell in the rooms l add a couple of drops of Lemon Essential oil to the spray bottles. Very pleased with the results.”
