“Koh products are terrific, no doubt about that, but the supply chain and logistics are beyond hopeless! The whole marketing of keeping it simple and downsizing the cleaning products from one company fails when there is constantly no stock and deliveries take weeks only after you hurry it along multiple times haivng to resort to nagging via email, phone and social media. Even asking when stock will be available to do one order gets a vague I don't know response from Koh customer service. Koh please get your end-to-end manufacturing, stock, customer delivery and information sorted. Cleaning products are a high turnover replenishable on-demand item. Constant runs to the supermarket because Koh can't maintain stock and delivery means you end up with more product clutter instead of less and its frustrating to be sent promotional emails and see the social media blitz on products not even in stock or were ordered weeks ago.”

“It's a bit early to give a proper appraisal since I haven't fully explored the full range yet. I had a bit of trouble assembling the mop for use. It seemed to need a lot of effort to remove the detergent tank, and the handle kept coming apart when I sprayed. Pretty happy with the result though when I finally got it going. Love the bathroom cloth with the scrubby corner. It has come in very useful.”

“I was super sceptical, but my friend insisted me to try it out for my self... I must admit, my jaw dropped within the first week of use, there is literally nothing, NO PRODUCT that I can compare it with! No other product can compete near to wathever Koh is delivering! Its mindblowingly good! The Mop system? Perfect! The fabrics? Amazing! The all purpose liquid? I mean, how on earth this thing works? It cleans grease on gas like a magic, then the same impact on glass? No grease or any marks left! Specially if used with the glass fabric! Then you can even wipe away INK FROM FABRIC with the SAME liquid... I mean... I just cant THANK the inventors enoug for saving me so much effort and time! I Highly Highly recomend it! I have already convinced my siblings in Canada to give it ago, then we figured unfortunately Koh doesn't provide worldwide shipping, which is the only con I guess?, so Im actually going to take it with me as a souvenir from Australia! Hope the worldwide shipping comes on board soon!”

“My son recommended Koh products to me and I’m so impressed. I love the mop (goodbye flash mop) and the spay bottle is excellent, no leaking! The cloths wash up so well. The all purpose cleaner works a treat on everything so far and I won’t return to using other products! I’ve recommended Koh to everyone I know!! Love it!!”

“Love the new toilet brush and holder. the handle is very strong and allows for a good brush in the curves of the loo, the rubber "brush" is excellent too, thank you ,I now have 3, one for each toilet”
