“Fast delivery! I was sick at the time I received my Koh kit and accidentally threw out all the mop pads on garbage day ! 😭 I re ordered them again and they came so quick ! I can’t believe how easy it is to clean my oven with the sponge ! And my floor looks great not sticky or any marks ! Definitely glad I got koh !”

“Love Koh's products. I am so happy to have cleared out my cupboard of multiple cleaning products knowing that Koh covers all areas of my household cleaning effectively and efficiently, oven cleaning is no longer my most hated job. The cleaning cloth and mop are brilliant and come up like new when washed. My family keeps telling me I should be a rep for Koh as I am constantly telling people how great the product is and showing off results.”

“Cleaning product is very effective, will be all I buy from now on. Will give it time to see how the mop and other cleaning supplies last. So far I love the mop though, although note that I’m using a lot of product.”

“Love the dishwashing spray..removes any stains, especially on oven trays, or use it as a pre-wash before putting dishes/pans in the dishwasher. The Diamond squares are amazing, non-scratch and do the job with minimal effort.”

“Although I have been happy with previous purchases from Koh, I have not yet received my order that I placed in June. What is frustrating is that Koh has not responded to 3 emails that I have sent to query where my order is, and the phone number does not take voicemail, nor can I get through to anyone. I would like to know when I will be receiving my order. Update: after writing this post and yet another email, Koh has finally responded to advise that my order was lost in transit by Aus Post and have sent a replacement order. I’ve adjusted my review accordingly.”

“I love it!!! I’ve never came across a mop that cleans so smoothly and removes every single bit of dirt! It doesn’t leave any ugly marks or streaks and polishes like brand new especially on glossy tiles! I highly recommend this product!!! Old cleaning supplies straight to the bin!”

“This sponge is tough. I watched a video on YouTube of how to use it on an oven. The woman was pushing really hard. I didn't push as hard, yet was persistent on my ovens glass door and inside. When I was cleaning, I couldn't see any scratching. When the glass is wet and using the sponge, it's very easy to miss damage being done with this mighty little sponge. All I noticed was the gunk finally coming off. It took a heap of effort. I was at that door for a very long time. I was surprised how long it took me. However, when it was done (I stopped eventually as I was tired), most of the film that'd been on the door was gone! However, i had also scratched the surface a great deal - that was only visible when dry. When Koh suggest a test patch first - please do this. Choose a small corner, maybe 50 cent size or so and do that first. If you start and it's coming off easily, still stop and wait until the glass is completely dry, so you can check if there's scratches. By completely dry, I mean completely dry. Spray the Koh on test patch area, clean with the sponge, wipe clean, leave for a few minutes, then check it before continuing. Use the smallest amount of pressure required with this sponge as possible. It's a mighty sponge that will do the work for you. It's quite amazing. The YouTube bloggers are misleading in how they use these sponges. Be as gentle as possible, you can always add pressure, yet once damage is done, it's done. It's easy to become carried away by seeing the glass coming clean, and forget it could be being scratched in the process by too much enthusiasm 🙂 Please stop intermittently to double check the pressure isn't too hard, and the glass isn't being scratched. Also, as Koh warned, the sponges do catch on the rack ends, and this does damage them. Took little chunks out of 2 of mine, sadly. Thought I was being really careful. Didn't realise until afterwards. Koh do warn people. I hope this review helps someone. They're easy to clean. Spray with Koh and rinse. It really is that easy. I highly recommend these items, if a person is very gentle, does the test patch first (as Koh recommend), and stops to check regularly that no damage is being done. As I've said, it's easy to become carried away with the happiness of seeing the oven clean, and not realise what's going on, as it's wet and hard to see it being scratched. Please be careful. This mighty little sponge is powerful!”

“I contacted Koh regarding my mop after we moved house. Our new home has vinyl plank flooring rather than tiles which we previously had. The mop is a breeze to use on tiles and I loved it. The amount of effort it took to mop the vinyl plank floors actually broke the mop handle. I was advised the green mop heads are not great for this type of floor, which I feel should be noted somewhere on the website for people to see. If I hadn't already been using a Koh mop successfully on tiled floors, and this was my first try with the mop on the vinyl flooring, I would have given it a terrible review and not used any more of their products. Customer service said the blue mop heads are a dream to use on this type of floor. I definitely don't agree with this, it's still much harder to clean the floor than on tiles, but hopefully now the effort is a bit less with the blue mop heads, my mop won't break. I was offered a highly discounted mop with free shipping to replace my old one (which I'd had for a few years), I thought this was very generous offer and took it up. Overall I really love the Koh cleaning system, but feel more transparency on the website about the green mop heads not being very suitable for certain floors would work favourably especially if new customers had the same experience I did on vinyl plank floors.”
