“Hi. I have reordered as I really like the Koh liquid. The floor mop is easy to use and refill. I find the spray bottle more difficult as I have to pull out the lever each time to respray. Thanks.”

“Good products whereby it delivers what it needs to do however the mop as much as we love them it always breaks on the handle or other parts. We love it as we continue to buy every year to replace as it only lasts 10-12 months. Also, would suggest to have a customer hotline to be able to speak to someone rather than back and forth email communication”

“I was disappointed to buy a spare part I did not need after all. The mop was leaking badly. Thinking the bottle was faulty I purchased a new one, which did not fix the problem. It turns out that a tiny plastic cap had dislodged. Once put back in place it’s ok now (but still slightly leaking).”

“Brilliant for the home and so easy to refill and use the products. While the products are amazing, I’m now on my 3rd mop because the sprayer stops working and can’t seem to be fixed which is frustrating because it’s such a great idea to have the sprayer with the mop.”

“Your dish spray is great, the only problem I have is the running water rinse as I think that is wasting water. I have used it as a normal dish liquid and it still works fine”

“Just purchased the dish washing liquid and it works well. The spray bottle could use a bigger hole in the nozzle, because it is hard to use and disperse the foam efficiently.”

“Hi I am having trouble with the spray nozzle on the mop head. It comes out in squirts and uses an awful lot of cleaner. I only have a small kitchen, I go thru a half bottle each clean When I purchased Koh , I could clean my tiled floor each day for almost 2 weeks on a full bottle. I'm not happy now. What can be done about the spray please?”
