“As I cannot have any chemical or scents in or around me, due to chronic health issues, I find I have little or no reaction to your products. The issue I do have, though, is that my cleaning lady used ALL teh Universal cleaner in the mop, in ONE GO! Devastated, as it had been filled. Really liking the washing liquid for the same reasons. Many thanks!”

“Love my Koh products...so versitle. Use at home and in caravan. Just purchased the shower brush and extended handle...great. Love the mop and cloths. Will try the toilet tablets next. Delivery was very quick.”

“I was intrigued by this product but took a while to buy it/ I purchased 3 surface starter kits. i dor myself and ther 2 for my daughters. since then have the diamond sponges and will now soon get the washing, wash up and toilet products, We are all so very happy with the product. Thank uoi”

“My sister and I were hooked first and now our 87 year old mother is on board, we use nothing else. It is magic on surfaces, particularly on stainless steel (toaster, fridge, microwave etc) but also on floors and the bath. It's our go to product. I recently tried Koh's dishwasher tablets, the result is as good as other things I have tried but there is some residue in the little dispenser drawer that is going to be a pain to get out. My only other beef is that the mop my mother bought from Koh broke and despite her request for a replacement, she has had no response. Product is wonderful. After sales service... we are still hoping.”

“Have been using this product for years and love it...perfect for my polished floor boards and just as good on the bathroom tiles! Not only is this a great product but their customer service is 10/10! I had a product damaged in transit and they replaced the WHOLE order straight away - no questions asked! Good old customer service! Well done Koh!!”

“Order eko2283611 The package was damaged and item missing. Koh issued a refund for the missing item. Also, the package was not delivered at the home address. AuPost claims that they couldn't deliver as no-one was at home, in fact my spouse was at home all day. They didn't leave a card as well, received an email in the afternoon advising to pick it up from the local post office. The security camera shows that no-one entered the property yesterday. I paid you to deliver, not me driving to the post office. Please issue a refund for the failed delivery. I am very disappointed by this experience.”
