Those at the stores mostly beautiful and helpful, but the one at head office Coburg north, online customer service was appalling. I never had problem buying at the stores in the past, however I chose to buy online because I have a new born with me, totally unhelpful and I don’t wish to go through that again. PLS BE AWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO BUY ONLINE AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES, YOU WONT GET MUCH HELP! I will never choose Koko Black as my Christmas gifts for my clients in the future because of the bad experience, many nice choc stores around Melbourne provide excellent customers service.”

“After a difficult time navigating your website (I own up to not being too computer savvy), the treats were ok but the delivery was dreadful. The goods were left on a Saturday in the garden of a closed medical practice and not retrieved until Monday morning. Fortunately it had not rained but the weather was warmish. Also the advent calendar was really not worth it (wish the review were published earlier or if I missed them that I’d seen them) as it’s very basic.”
