“Easy to shop, buy and pay. But delivery with UPS mail service to Canada wasn't great. We live in a condo/apartment and when the delivered the package, no-one was able to answer the buzzer at the front door to let them in. UPS ended up leaving the package outside the door of our building on the ground!!! OUTSIDE ON THE GROUND?! Horrifying. Anybody could've picked it up and we would have been out of luck and Kumoso would've been the ones we contacted as we would have had no idea what happened. The package would've said delivered, yet we didn't get it if someone had just helped themselves to our package that was left outside. Terrible, just terrible. But maybe think about using another service to Canada?”
“I love the device (partner) in my journey. My only request is that you indicate how to appropriately apply the lips to the shift. I had to reach out to customer support on which side the bottom / top lips to perform the exhale and where the lips should be placed on the shift. At first I got a little frustrated but, stayed with it and getting better at it to achieve the sound Todd exhibited with the exhale through the shift. Had I not been in the right frame of mind, I might have decided to return it. My plan is to pass along the shift to someone else and upgrade to the Koko”
