I know plenty of breathing techniques, but there isn't a built-in muscle memory response for every situation that comes up that requires breathing intentionally. With the shift, all I have to do is bring it to my mouth and I know exactly what to do. The extended inhale truly slows my heart rate down and clears my mind.”

It looks great, I maybe don't use it as much as I should but it does give me a break from smoking often (chain smoker just about) l like that I can use it inside in environments that smoking is not allowed in.
At first I was sometimes using it just in justification for how much it costs but overall I'm very happy that when my lungs hurt & I truly feel like giving up the smokes I actually have something to calm me down still, I don't regret it at all & I'm pretty sure if I stopped being such a baby I could easily use this to quit smoking for good.
