“Ordered two items. Both arrived in a reasonable time but separate. Initially, I thought they forgot to ship the other item but this is common. Their customer service is timely, polite and kind. They have ideal customer service. The clothing is 4.5/5. One of the items is darker compared to the picture depicted and a few strings were left that had to be cut because it would get caught in the zipper. Overall, satisfied with minor hiccups that were easily fixed.”

“Jacket was very nice, but was a surprise that it was with gold and silver shiny textile pattern and in the picture you can't see that it is shiny metallic and not mate grey and cream. That came a big surprise.”

“My order arrived today, two days after it has been shipped. I ordered a coat which looks great, fits me perfectly, and looks exactly as I imagined based on the images on the website. The only negative thing, however, was that the estimated ship-out date was not met. When I contacted customer service about that, I got a quick response explaining the situation.”
