“I read the reviews before purchase from this website and was a bit cautious. But I had a very good experience with this company. Package was delivered 2 days earlier than expect. The customer service was very helpful, responded within 24 hours and I was very pleased with the clothes that I received”

“I usually shopped at Yesstyle, but found the quality of products vary so much, then I found Kooding, and actually they are cheaper for the same items at yesstyle. Would recommend kooding.”

“People beware of phising site koodingfashion.com. Kooding legit website is kooding.com. I also placed an order to koodingfashion and initially thought it was in fact part of kooding and never received my order. I sent complaints to kooding and customer service was really nice and explained what to do and how to solve the issue, even though the issue didn't belong to them. I eventually ended up buying from kooding.com and got my order wihout any issue.”

“It's surprising to see so many negative reviews here. I've been shopping here now for couple of years and it's been pretty good experience. Yes there have been some delays when korea is in holidays but other than that products are good and once shipped it's pretty fast”

“I noticed a lot of negative reviews were written in the past two months, so I'm adding this comment. I've ordered from the site 3 times. The first 2 orders had no issues. The third order, which I placed in early September, was delayed, and I learned from the customer service rep at Kooding that it was due to the Chuseok holiday (Korean Thanksgiving). Many Koreans take off this time of year. So that might be way many orders were delayed. I finally received the package last week. Customer service was great on the two occasions I reached out to them. I've been to Korea twice, once over Chuseok. Koreans have an intense work culture and Chuseok is a big deal for them. Even though it felt inconvenient to receive the package late, I would rather see Korean families have time off together than receive a package on time. Quality of all products I've received has been great, very similar to underground subway shopping in Seoul. Better quality for the price compared to what I pay in the States for similar items.”

“Product was of terrific quality. Although the ship date was a few days later than their supplied target, I received it just a few days after it shipped. I am happy with my purchase and will order from them again, for sure!”

“I'm actually surprised by the reviews. I've had cancelled items because they were not in stock and have always been refunded. Since I now know that they do this I don't mind it as much. As for shipping, yes it is very slow. I believe it takes about a month to receive my items. I don't mind it because it is free shipping and from another country so I understand it. I always received my items. If you are willing to be patient to receive your items then go ahead and order from them. Also heads up jewelry is not returnable so make sure you want to purchase the item.”
