“Popped in today looking for a Eukele. Greeted by friendly staff member. Told him what I was after, listened and says he’d get someone to help. Along comes Ian, listened to what specs I asked for. Demonstrated a couple and before I knew it I’d picked one. No pressure, helped me with a bag and chord book. Great experience.”

“Hi , Recently Purchased a Boss GT-1000 from these guys after searching the Internet. Decided to go with these guys due to fair Pricing , Free delivery and for me , Covid free Environment in WA. Delivery was made to Melbourne Vic. in very good Time. Box was a little Damaged but the Product was OK.”

“‘..bought my first real 6 string’ yesterday from Kosmic, Osborne Pk. I’m a Uke player and wanted to try out a few smaller guitars before buying. Paul showed me the fantastic range of guitars in the Acoustic Room and helped me choose a Yamaha CSF-1M, parlour sized (3cm smaller than a concert) - it’s a plug-in too! So it ticked all the boxes. He played it for me, the sound blew me away. And after buying it he lowered the action a bit. Thanks Paul, for excellent service, I’m learning and loving my first guitar.”
