“I have spent over $1500 with Kylar Mack in the past month and need to return some bracelets that are too small so I can reorder the proper size. I can get NO feedback to help me make this return. I find the process IMPOSSIBLE”

“Thoroughly disappointed! Bought a stack for a December birthday gift. Pictures below. Arrived timely although 2MM 2x bracelets are not circular and were completely wavy. Gift was sent to TX and now have to make an inconvenient handle. I had ordered 3 more gifts for Christmas and worried. I had wanted the recipients to really enjoy these.”
“I never recent my order, I am out $198.00 without any one from Kylar Mack trying to reconcile the problem. I would not recommend this company ever to anyone I know. They should Not use the USPS to deliver any items over a certain amount, they should use Fed Ex or UPS.
