“LA Design Concept was one of the rare design businesses that offered a sample for the particular wallpaper I wanted. Though the paper said it would take up to 2 weeks to receive, it came in 3 days. The store even called to make sure that my order was correct with measurements etc. Very impressed.”

“Dianne went above and beyond great customer service! She caught my initial confusion when I placed my original order, contacted me and made sure that I , in the end, purchased the right wallpaper. Once the right order was placed, it got to me within a few days. Very happy.”

“Matthew Conaway was absolutely wonderful. knowledgeable and diligent. He located a discontinued Fornasetti paper for me, getting me enough to cover a statement wall that will be gorgeous. it arrived in good time and perfect condition. It's experiences like this that keep me coming back to LA Design concepts. Although you are online (or at least in Philadelphia, it's only online) i feel strong that the service is very professional and personal. THANK YOU!”
