“I am sorry to give negative feedback, I have been Laam's loyal customer since 2019 and each time I face some problem or issues but this time I had very pathetic service for my Order # 1186776, I placed this order on 22 March 2024, the first issue online it was claimed to receive before Eid unexpectedly estimated shipping was 10 May 2024 and after many emails, I received a negative response so I waited patiently to receive until 10 May, and till this time there was no shipping confirmation and after follow-ups and email exchanges it was shipped on May 14th and was mentioned will receive in 4-6 working days, and today is May 28 I have not received after 11 working days, I would never again buy from LAAM and I would recommend all customers to look for other options instead of waiting for more than 2 months after paying for an order, I will post this on social media Twiter, Facebook, and other platforms so people don't get in this trap.”

“At Laam, i bought 1 abaya and 4 khussa, 1 kolhapuri sandal from Zuruj , and all these 5 shoes and abaya are not the correct size. For abaya they mentioned it was chest size 23” for L size (i wear 22”) so i ordered it but its way too big 28” which looks so bad on wearing. I can’t wear it until i spend $50 for its alteration. So it’s not worth the money to wear it.
For shoes, I am a size 10 US so i ordered 41 by looking at their size chart , and there is no way these khussa are 10. They are at least a whole size bigger. Also, the kohlapuri is so tight that I can’t even try it on. I'm so disappointed because these are beautiful kolhapuri and khussa that I can’t wear and a waste of $100. Also, the khussa are sewn outwards so after wearing few times they would loose the stitching. This company needs to display back of khussa pictures and place in their description that you need to size up/down for these style of shoes. As a company that offers shipping to abroad, you should at least put needed information on your items.
It was my first ever experience with Laam and Zuruj and it’s terrible. I wish i could return all these items and get my money back.”
“Laam is the worst, if you can go somewhere else to buy, you should. Ordered in December 2023 for my wedding in may. when placing order, they estimated delivery some time in march. March ends they tell me there is delay April 20 ship for sure, its April 20 one of the two dress shipped other one says delay. The customer service people are not even responding. They are ruining my wedding. Just opinion if you cannot finish a simple dress in 4 plus months, why are you in business. For anyone that is reading this, if you have event dont order from this company. They will just give you stress.”

“I write the below email and no response. I called their customer service number but no response. When they sent their product overseas, they don't inspect. I received my product which look like used product and very poor quality of stitching.
Dear Laam Customer Service,
I am writing to request a return and full refund for a recently purchased dress (order number: #: 1110253). Unfortunately, upon receiving the dress, I discovered it was damaged.
The stitching quality is poor, and decorative motis are falling off or missing in several places. It is concerning that the product was not inspected before being shipped. Some pictures of the cloths are attached as well. i need to take at least 20 pictures to show the full condition of the dress. Its not ironed and also looks like a used product.
Given the Australian Consumer Law, I believe I am entitled to a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
I have attempted to contact you regarding this issue through several channels, including phone calls and WhatsApp messages, but have not received a response.
Therefore, I am formally requesting a return shipment label and a full refund for the dress, including shipping costs. For your reference, I have attached screenshots of the dress's condition, as well as documentation of my attempts to contact you.

“What a scam they are running. Always send a wrong item with a cheap quality. The picture and the item don’t match at all. The customer service is pathetic, they will always offer 10% for every mistake they make. Cheaper quality then a dollar store.”
