This is unacceptable. Eid is in just 10 days, and the problems with my order have ruined the rest of my Ramadan and caused me a lot of stress. Sending my items to the wrong city is a major error. Regardless of whether it was the carrier or an incorrect address label on your end, it needs to be resolved. I expect either a full refund or a replacement sent immediately to arrive before Eid”
“Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. I ordered multiple dresses in one shipment. One of the dress was ripped in the sleeves. The other dress was made from a defective cloth. Which had brown dots all over the dress. The third dress was very similar to baroque but not exactly the same.
I went by their brand and didn't check the clothes within the 14 day window. Customer service was of no help as they offered a refund og 35% and gave me $8 change. The total amount was for $483.73
I will never recommend this site or shop from here in future. Please check your orders as soon as you get then.”

And they lied to initiate a transfer it’s been more than a month no refund and they are lying again that we have initiated a refund. “I placed an order from Laam Sahiba by Mirza. They send me an email close to the last day of dispatch and mentioned that my order will be a bit late. And gave me a new dispatch date. When that date passed and i did not received any confirmation email that they have dispatched my order. I send them a message on WhatsApp, i found out that they totally forgot about my order. The dresses are poor quality fabric and most of all the stitching is horrible. I ordered Medium after checking their size guide but they are way smaller. Especially the shoulders, armhole and chest. There's literally no space so i can alter them, but i can't do anything about the shoulder. I waited for more than 2 months to receive my order. Such a waist of money to send faulty items all the way to Australia which I paid decent shipping charges. And no one is happy to help me, very poor customer service 😢”

“They scammed me. I ordered couple of dresses from laam few weeks ago, but the quality of one of the dresses wasn’t good so I returned it straight away. They confirmed that they received the parcel back but I waited for more than 2 weeks to get my money back but in the end they transferred just 2800 rupees out of 20,000 and told me that they have refunded the whole amount. Didn’t give me transfer details or anything else where I showed them my account and all the proofs where all the details and the amount refunded was clearly mentioned. So be careful as I am definitely not going to buy from them again.”
“Do not fall for the $25 shipping to the US scam. Your hair will turn grey watching the package you have already paid for bounce around between cities and not get delivered to you for weeks on end. Pathetic service. Order broken up into multiple shipments and not getting delivered. And no way to contact LAAM or the carrier on the phone. A useless What’sApp interface for LAAM with no real time replies (they reply about an hour after you send them a message with useless platitudes) and a Pakistan contact number for skynet that you will pay a fortune per minute calling, only to be told that your package is on its way. Never ordering from LAAM again EVER.”
