1st i received my parcel *Sahib's by Mirza* but I am not satisfied with you products because when i order this same dress for my sis it was nice in quality also fabric was good so i decide to order the same dress for my older sister but now I am feeling bad because stuff is changed previous same dress fabric was lawn cotton the current same dress fabric is lilen too much disappointed i want return it. And refund my amount”
“These are fraud and their customer service is the worse customer service I ever seen in my life I am asking for my refund from 25 days and they are keep making stories so please don’t ever buy stuff from them”
“I placed an order from Laam Sahiba by Mirza. They send me an email close to the last day of dispatch and mentioned that my order will be a bit late. And gave me a new dispatch date. When that date passed and i did not received any confirmation email that they have dispatched my order. I send them a message on WhatsApp, i found out that they totally forgot about my order. The dresses are poor quality fabric and most of all the stitching is horrible. I ordered Medium after checking their size guide but they are way smaller. Especially the shoulders, armhole and chest. There's literally no space so i can alter them, but i can't do anything about the shoulder. I waited for more than 2 months to receive my order. Such a waist of money to send faulty items all the way to Australia which I paid decent shipping charges. And no one is happy to help me, very poor customer service 😢”

“Don't buy from them ...they are a bunch of liars..I ordered 3 suits online...paid fully on their website...order has to deliver in Karachi although i live outside the country but to save time i gave my address in Karachi....after 2 days i saw the status as shipped...i waited 5 days but no delivery...then all of a sudden my order status changed from shipped to cancelled... I asked the reason of cancellation on their whatsapp number which gave me only automated answers...there was no address or direct number of their business...no real customer service agent to talk with...i was feeling so helpless ...they cancelled the order without giving me my refund even after shipping....how is this appropriate ???? So disappointed with them.”
“They scammed me. I ordered couple of dresses from laam few weeks ago, but the quality of one of the dresses wasn’t good so I returned it straight away. They confirmed that they received the parcel back but I waited for more than 2 weeks to get my money back but in the end they transferred just 2800 rupees out of 20,000 and told me that they have refunded the whole amount. Didn’t give me transfer details or anything else where I showed them my account and all the proofs where all the details and the amount refunded was clearly mentioned. So be careful as I am definitely not going to buy from them again.”
“Do not fall for the $25 shipping to the US scam. Your hair will turn grey watching the package you have already paid for bounce around between cities and not get delivered to you for weeks on end. Pathetic service. Order broken up into multiple shipments and not getting delivered. And no way to contact LAAM or the carrier on the phone. A useless What’sApp interface for LAAM with no real time replies (they reply about an hour after you send them a message with useless platitudes) and a Pakistan contact number for skynet that you will pay a fortune per minute calling, only to be told that your package is on its way. Never ordering from LAAM again EVER.”

Buying something, happened to me many times they sent me

“Eagerly ordered outfits, patiently waited for delivery. Get email saying package delivered. Rushed to check porch, nothing. Checked mail box - nothing. Checked neighbours - nothing. Contacted Laam - they apologized and offered to re-send outfits with no additional charges to me and express delivery . I agreed as I wanted the outfits. Again I wait patiently constantly checking shipping information. Finally get email - delivered. Again check porch - nothing. Check mail box - nothing. Check again with neighbours - nothing!! Contact Laam - they apologize and claim courier company have difficulty in delivering to my address. I live in major city, of a main road. I asked for full refund - they offered me 70% of what I paid. I argued and demanded 100% - eventually they agreed but i have to wait up to 4 weeks for refund ! Will update accordingly when time is up - though doubtful I will receive any money back”
“I ordered a dress 2 months before Eid. It didn't delivered on time and got delayed and even after that I didn't receive my parcel yet. They gave wrong instruction to the courier company to leave the parcel without signature and they left it without any sort of notification call or email even the tracking history was showing the wrong info. I still didn't get my parcel yet. I made a mistake I choose laam for the delivery. I should had ordered a dress through designer directly. There customer service is even so bad. They have a standard reply for every question. This is totally absurd. I paid 55000 for the dress which I didn't even receive. Kindly don't use this website if you are using it for international deliveries. I want my refund I wont be paying for the thing I never received.”
“Very very bad experience i think all designer cloths are copy. I ordered 5 dresses , diffrent designers, received in pk my brother send me here in Canada, I gifted to my friends too but everybody have a same experience like me, very cheap material ,copy design ,very bad stuff totally disappointed. Its better to buy from nishat or zara shahjahan or other designers I like their stuff but don't order from Laam ,”
“I recommend everyone , not to buy from these people, totally idiots, we ordered more than a month ago and the order was delayed not only once but twice. now the Eid is already gone . even these dickheads are asking us to collect the parcel from the collection centre instead of delivering at my address.”
“Have bad experience in ordering from LAAM . I ordered around one and half months back. Every time they sent me an email saying that the shipping would be delayed. I ordered earlier so that I could get it before Eid . I still haven’t received it. I’m not sure if I would be able to get it before it. Definitely not going to order next time. “Charging "hidden" fees. Very Disappinting. If youre an international customer please reconsider buying from laam. I paid for my order and shipping online and that should've been it right? nope, when the courier came to deliver they asked for more money in cash saying its "customs fees". I was never informed of this. Whats the point of paying online if they're still gonna charge me more in cash. so disappointing.”
